Side Caesar Salad
House made salmon burger, arugula, tomato, lemon chive aioli, bacon, brioche bun
We went for dinner on a Wednesday at 5:30. Super quick service, food was phenomenal. Not busy at all. We will definitely be going back!
Our server was great!!! He did a fabulous job!!!!
We love eating here for Sunday brunch. Sitting outside over looking lake eola. Our go to meal is the salmon patty sandwich without the roll. Side of salad,
The food wasn’t anything great, but it was good. We had the salmon which was nicely cooked. We also ordered the crispy duck which was dry but the flavor was good. The calamari was over cooked. I asked for a water four times before getting it and they were NOT busy in the least. My guess is he was trying to do his side work considering when we were leaving he was doing side work. I wouldn’t go back.
It was the worst server ever. Seems he was upset he had to work in New Years Ave cause his attitude was awful. He was very distracted. I had a wonderful service experience the night before st another restaurant so yes we were expecting the same type of great service
Restaurant was understaffed, but it was obvious everyone was working hard. Drinks were slow getting to the table, but well made. The food was very good, the linguini with clams was fantastic! The ambiance was a little off, it was extremely bright inside and the patio didn’t appear to be open even though it was a beautiful night. With everything going on and the spike in Covid cases, the restaurant was handling the volume well and although the food/drinks took a little long. We would definitely go back and try it again!
Made reservations. Confirmed reservations. Showed up and restaurant was closed for the day.
The restaurant was recommended by a friend. The food was just okay, service was not good. The young man that seated us was very pleasant and professional. Maybe because there was a wedding going on and the restaurant couldn’t handle everyone. Management took off part of our bill to make things better.
Servers were super nice and the food was delicious. A little noisy though.
We had a reservation for inside table which they lost so they put us outside. The reservation was confirmed 2 days prior by phone and yet it was still not found. We were going to a performance at Dr. Phillips and arrived 2 hours before we had to leave. Our food was not brought out until 15 min. before leaving and all brought at different times. Some was cold because it had been sitting out. Servers were confused about what table the orders belonged to. The overall service was terrible! What was supposed to be a special dinner turned into a rushed, mediocre meal eaten outside while having to move tables because of the rain.
Food was good but it took an hour. Allow yourself plenty of time as they're short staffed.
The food was terrible. Everything was overcooked. Filet, pork chop and fish. Everything was well done. WELL DONE.
The server was terrific and the manager was very helpful. We will probably give it another try, but very leery.
beautiful lake side setting,
our server Hannah was extremely personal, helpful, knowledgeable and an overall delight!
The food was delicious….we eat for a filet and it was cooked perfectly!
There were 3 of us gathering on a Monday night and had a delightful evening. We always worry about finding parking when eating downtown, but the garage next door was perfect and the restaurant validated after 5pm. It was dark outside so we couldn't quite enjoy the ambiance of Lake Eola, even though we had a window seat. The restaurant was on the first floor of a high rise and the tables were nicely spaced to not feel crowded. The Grey Goose Cosmo was the first Cosmo I have found in Orlando that I enjoyed. There was a good selection of draft beer as well. When ordering dinner and trying to decide between entrees, we asked the waitress for help and she steered us to the Haddock Fish and chips and the Chicken Mushroom. The Haddock was tasty and didn't fall apart when you cut into it. The chips were hot and salted perfectly. The chicken mushroom sauce was so good that I didn't leave anything on my plate. We finished off the meal by sharing the Oreo Delight. This was our first time there and we will definitely be returning.
We had a wonderful waitress and the food was great! We’ve been before and it’s always a pleasant experience. It was not very busy and the staff was wonderful at helping each other out abs making sure our visit was exceptional.,
It is a nice place, really simple but the food was amazing. I expected to have a little thanksgiving choice but the haven’t, despite that I enjoyed my plate and I could have a pumpkin pie as dessert. The server was super nice, I don’t remember her name but thank you for having assisted us
When I viewed this restaurant on it's website it was a full white table cloth setting.
Suffice it to say I was disillusioned to see the cleaning equipment in the hallway to the restrooms; TACKY.
We've been to 310 Lakeside on Lake Eola in Orlando several times and have always had excellent food and service.
We went on Thanksgiving and sat at the bar. The bartender was VERY busy, but she was friendly and competent, juggling customers and making drinks for the entire restaurant.
One of our favorite places when we're in Orlando.
We were there for Thanksgiving dinner. The food was delicious. However, the price at OpenTable and confirmed when I made reservations, was $24. When we got our check, they'd raised the price to $28. The waitress offered to change it, but she only took off $4, not $8. I think it is wrong to advertise one price, then change it without telling us! And there was no pumpkin pie!
Our waiter was as very attentive and gave great recommendations. The food came out in a timely manor and tasted great. Loved the look.
Service was extremely slow, and the restaurant was nearly empty. The tuna poke appetizer had no taste. The salmon and Mahi sandwiches were very dry. Overall the food was extremely overpriced and the service did not make up for it. Will not be returning.
The biggest detractor from our brunch experience was that we were informed of a private event AS we were being escorted to our table. Our reservations were for 8, at 12:15 - the private event? Shutting down the restaurant at 2pm. For a smaller party, maybe this time frame was sufficient. However, for a party of 8, intending to purchase bottomless mimosas to leisurely enjoy brunch - not so much. We cut the purchase, and cut down our time. It was disappointing. For reservations, there should be communication of any time impediments that may impact other guests prior to arrival.
Other than that, the service was decent, the food was decent, and there were no major complaints.
We have been coming here for years before the Broadway shows...We will never return...The restaurant has gone downhill and was horrible experience. The food was not cooked well, the fruit was not fresh, the muffins were hard as a rock served with out butter or jelly until we asked. The alcoholic drinks were not drinkable..It is evident that Bartender had no idea was he was doing...Two drinks were undrinkable were left full on the table..no offer for credit...Not enough help which I understand but no excuse for horrible meals and drinks.
Really great service. Hoof food and a great place to meet with friends.
We had an excellent time at 319 Lakeside. The food was absolutely amazing and the service provided by our server; Erin, was fantastic. Such a nice venue. We ate al fresco and it was a beautiful evening and a great time was had by all. I absolutely recommend this restraunt if you are in the area and want a nice relaxing meal. We will be back.
Our server, Viralee, was exceptional. Courteous and helpfully finding us an indoor table to move to when it started raining.
We had a nice lunch out on the patio. My salmon burger tasted terrific and the chowder I chose to go with it made a nice seafood-forward meal. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese. The size of that sandwich was impressive; he is normally one to bring part of a big serving home for a snack later, but that sandwich. He ate the whole thing!!
Enjoyed the meal. Our waitress was friendly and paid attention to us.
The food was amazing very tender and juicy. The starch and vegetable of the day was a pleasant addition to the entree. Nice seating views and great service a perfect ten.
We dined this evening and sat outside. We ordered our food and when it arrived, I had to ask for a steak knife for my steak. Once I cut into my steak, it was heavily under done. I ordered it medium rare, but it came out with a heavily charred outside and then raw once I cut in. It was purple. It was not cooked at all. I ate around the edges of my $40 steak, leaving most of it on the plate. My boyfriend asked if the mashed potatoes were supposed to be refrigerated because his were. I stuck my finger into my mashed potatoes. Sure enough, they were also refrigerated. They were ice cold, literally taken out of the walk in and scooped onto our plates. Or, their hot wells weren’t working. Or they didn’t have their back ups heated and basically crossed their fingers we wouldn’t notice. His duck was fine. My green beans were good… which they should be since we essentially paid $40 for them. After the server dropped our bill because we were done and ready to leave, that’s when she asked if I wanted my meal recooked. It was just awful and nothing was done for guest recovery, nor was there a genuine attempt to care or try.
2 adults for Magical Dining for 7pm reservations on a Friday. Place was empty except for 2 parties at the bar and one table on patio. Service was a little slow for such an empty place (but our server was very personable). They were out of the wine we were hoping to get a bottle of (Caymus). The tuna app was subpar due to lack of seasoning and some tough pieces. However, my partner though it was very good. The dinners were good (fish and pork chop) just lacking in their presentation. We did enjoy ourselves and (I think) we made our servers day with a great tip. Not sure I would go back but you never know!
Very good food, very good service. Beautiful outdoor setting.
Good food, decent selection. Unique recipes /preparation. Awesome drink menu Ate outside, could use a little more ambience. Great service. Was our first time there will definitely go back.
Service was fantastic, Kennedy was very attentive and nice. French toast was superb. Rest of brunch food was just fine, nothing was outstanding. Potatoes dry. We he inside space was drab, furniture worn and a musty bar odor.
Our server, Erin, was amazing. She was attentive, professional and friendly. The location is great (beautiful view of the lake). The smoked salmon appetizer was delicious! Would definitely order that again. The food was great and the desserts were tasty.
Service and food were simply Amazing
Service was great the atmosphere was just right. The server was very nice 👌.
We had a lovely experience at 310. We sat outside and the area was quiet and the view was beautiful. The food was ok, nothing that blew us out of the water. I actually was expecting a little better for the cost but it wasn’t bad. Our server was great and very accommodating. Service could have been a bit faster and our server could have been a bit more attentive but overall he was great and we were all happy with our experience.
The staff is super accommodating and friendly. We had reservations for 6 and it was no problem when we ended up adding an extra person when we arrived. The menu choices were varied and everyone loved their meals and drinks. The atmosphere is elegant and the location is absolutely amazing on Lake Eola. We reserved a table outside but it was raining so we were seated inside. During these Covid times we would have preferred our servers wear a mask and that is the only thing that kept this experience from being an absolute perfect night.
Went to celebrate my new job and made an 11:30 am brunch reservation for a Saturday only to arrive and be told one of the hostesses made a mistake and gave my table away to another group. I was then offered a smaller seating arrangement with an additional chair or high top but that was not what I expected. I asked for another arrangement inside and the hostess seemed hesitant and appeared she did not want to accommodate my group. Eventually she brought out an extra table and chairs and accommodated us. It’s not my fault that they messed up and gave my table to another group. The server was ok, she forgot to bring out a few items we requested and had to remind her…seems like the restaurant was short staffed but it wasn’t even that full.
