   We had the most enjoyable dinner last night at Adelina's! I was notified of the Sunday Special - BBQ Pork Ribs with garlic fries and coleslaw - which are one of my favorite pork dishes, so we made sure we made reservations! Dinner began with a choice of soup or salad, on to the entree and finished with a light and fluffy raspberry cheesecake. The ribs were cooked to perfection allowing me to eat them off the bone using only my fork. Didn't feel like getting my face and hands covered in the sauce, however, it was truly finger-licking good! The atmosphere is perfect for conversation at the table and relaxed enough to savor the meal without feeling rushed. We have eaten at Adelina's before and will definitely be back, especially to try their Sunday Brunch!

   Honestly after reading some of the recent reviews I wasn’t expecting a lot but it just goes to show you that you can’t always trust the reviews. With that said I will agree that the new menu was limited but we had great food last night. Our cocktails were very good. My husband had a bold your own pizza which he really enjoyed. I had the albondigas soup and the sweet chili wings. Both were very good and filling. We finished off with the spumoni ice cream in a chocolate shell. It was also good. I know that the menu was smaller than in the past but our food was good. Just don’t go in with super high expectations and you should be fine🤗

   The quality and selection of food needs lots of improvement. Its a shame as the room is beautiful and we are residents who would enjoy dining there as well as bringing guests.

   The short rib entree was tasteless. Shrimp appetizer was suburb. Menu offerings overall were very odd—not appealing. Too focused on the Brussels sprouts and nasty beets crowd.

   They have a new limited menu, but the biggest change was "NO SUBSTITUTIONS". They also made vegetables an la carte side. For example, if you want a healthy roasted chicken meal, it comes with bread pudding (most people would call it bread stuffing) which is stuffing they cooked in a bread pan and sliced. We ask if we could substitute the bread pudding with one of the dinner sides included with other entries on the menu, our waiter said no substitutions is the new policy. I requested our waiter go to the chef with our request and I would pay extra. The answer was no, we left the bread pudding on the plate. We decided to order a side of the green beans and due to dietary restrictions could they please steam the green beans instead of sautee in oil or butter, NO. To pricy for this attitude and lack of customer service. We will not be back until the policy is changed.

    We have many friends that live in Trilogy and we eat there often. We have an extensive wine collection and prefer to bring our own wine as do our friends. Paying $10-15. corking fee is fair, but not $20. Last night we had our waiter open two bottles. We should have gotten a discount but instead was charged $40. That's not cool.

    We used to love going to Adelina's, but over the years the food quality has declined. The menu has declined. Even the service is marginal. We were sat right away, but had to get up and ask the receptionist for water and service. We were never offered bread. Our waiter has the ability to become very good with the right training. We miss the days of Pandi, Kat and Jonathan. The ambiance is always stunning.

    Kudos to Adelina's for finally adding some attractive specials. Theire previous duck special for date night was off the charts! We had the pork Osso Buco this time which was cooked to perfection. The polenta with a gorganzola cream was excellent as was the salad and dessert that was included in the meal. Keep up the improvements in your menu Adelina's and many more people will come!

    The food and service was excellent. We enjoyed our meal very much. The NY steak was cooked to perfection and the brandy sauce was lick the plate worthy! They put us in the best possible location per our request for a romantic, intimate table. Apparently Wednesday night draws a crowd at the Bistro with live music so the restaurant was busy and the noise level was high. It was my husband’s birthday so it was the day we chose. We didn’t have a problem with it and we’re glad to see people out enjoying themselves. We will definitely be back.

    Our server was Isaiah, he came to our table shorty after we were seated. Brought water and bread which was so good. We then ordered drinks took a little while. When we left I noticed he was bartending also. Ordered the prime rib, excellent, wish I had a little more vegetables. I ordered another drink when I received my food but it didn’t’ arrive until I was almost done. The atmosphere was nice, quite and relaxing.

    Food & service was wonderful. The ambiance of Adelina’s is hard to beat as menu selection is great, portions are generous & prices are reasonable. The Millionaire burger is huge, Corn Beef Rueben on marbled rye very tasty & huge, Hot Mess chicken sandwich very well received & the Thai Peanut rice bowl was large & very tasty. We will return!

    Steak was cold! Could not eat it.sitting at the table for 20 minutes and had to ask for the menus. No utensils or glassware and a sticky table. The restaurant was 1/3 full and we had to wait for an hour. We made reservations so they knew we were coming, the table should have been ready and menus should have been given by the person who seated us instead of leaving us there for such a long time. They need to work on their organization skills and train their staff before charging fine dining prices. We felt very unwelcome and service was very unprofessional.

    We greater and seated promptly. All of the staff that we had interacted with was friendly and helpful. Dinner came out in a timely matter and tasted perfect. Wonderful experience!

    I understand that restaurants are having staffing issues. My last few times at Adelina’s Bistro we have had such poor service. However, the food was outstanding. I’ve been to quite a few central coast restaurants over the past few weeks and haven’t encountered the poor service that we received at Adelina’s.

    We love Adelina's and try to eat there several times each month. There is a wonderful variety of menu options, with specials most nights. The ambiance is lovely and the young staff are both attentive and professional. The Bar has an amazing variety of offerings, as does the wine list and Marketplace. We love taking friends and family to Adelina's and love running into many friends there, who appreciate this wonderful restaurant too.

    Wednesday is "music" night at Adelina's. It seemed pretty noisy until about 6:00 or so. I will say it looked like everyone was enjoying the music and dancing. If you prefer a quieter time, then go after 6:00. I took my daughter and son-in-law to dinner and drinks and appetizers were very good. We had pretzel bites and avocado hummus for the appetizers. The special was prime rib tacos (3) with avocado salsa, beans and rice, which my son-in-las had. Poke bowl for me and pasta for my daughter. We all enjoyed the dinner and service was very good. Since my wife and I live in trilogy, we will return and look forward to our next visit.

    We were seated right away and our waiter wasthere prompt;y to take our drink orders. The soup was very good and served hot. The manager came by to ask us how things were and we observed him helping the staff to make things run smothly.

    Adelina's special duck breast dinner for date night Thursdays was a very welcome addition! Great value and a delicious addition to their menu at a very reasonable price! I have mastered cooking seared duck over the years and their representation was right at the top. This is the caliber that all Trilogy residents are yearning for. Thank you Adelina's Bistro! Now expand you new contributions to your menu.

    Excellent service. Burgers were well prepared. Portion size was well above average. Small indoor area keeps the noise level very moderate. Sat near the bar, which was completely full the entire time we ate. Noise level was not distracting, but everyone there seemed to be engaged and enjoying each other. We will be back

    Prime Rib special was disappointing. Prime cut Delmonico Steak was tasty, but would have expected less fat and more meat. Spumoni Bomba dessert was great as was the service. Menu needs to have some pork and lamb dishes. Pork i.e. marsala, picatta, saltimboca, parmigiano. Lamb i.e. shanks, chops, rack of lamb. Lots of potential to be a GREAT restaurant.

    The meal (date night special) was excellent. Price was reasonable and corkage is free on date night, so value was great. Service was snappy-no long waits to order or table our dinner. We left very satisfied with the whole experience.
