Everything was wonderful except the crab cake. We could find no crabmeat in the patty. Perhaps it was omitted inadvertently or maybe it was so finely ground that it was undetectable by the naked eye, although it’s not likely that someone would grind “jumbo crabmeat.” We’ll be back but we’ll wait until the price of crabmeat comes down to order it again.

Overall good experience but my son’s Fried Chicken and Mac Cheese was extremely disappointing. Tasted over cooked and like old grease. Mac lacked cheese and was dry. However steak entree and crab cake sandwich were very good. Waiter was very nice but needed help. We appreciated all he did.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the grilled salmon with asparagus and a garden salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing—so good! My friends had the crab and avocado sandwich and grilled chicken with Mac and cheese and asparagus. Our waitress Virginia was attentive, fun and personable. We will make this a regular gathering place!

We had the calamari starter - flash fried, very tender with a sweet chili drizzle. I had the fried chicken mac and cheese. Crispy boneless chicken served with collards and cavatappi in a light white cheese sauce - all cooked to perfection. My husband had the seared scallops, served with sweet corn linguine and okra. He said the scallops were better than the ones at Old Oyster Factory on Hilton Head Island, which is high praise!

Hunter provided exceptional service and the food, freshness and presentation was simply outstanding. Probably the freshest salmon salad had in recent memory and great fried green tomatoes and tortilla soup. Really a marvelous first experience, which will not be the last.

One of our top favorites…. Great vibe, delicious menu items, beautiful patio, and quality service. We look forward to the hummus appetizer every time- it never disappoints. Next trip we probably won’t order the scallop or tuna entrees but there are so many other top choices, we will have more than plenty options.
