Sad to see BB closing all locations. Was looking forward to their Bahama Rita this visit. Was told they do not have all the ingredients due to no shipment of bulk items since they are closing in a month. We also noticed at this location a staff members child was sitting and playing in the back area booth of the restaurant, we didn't feel this was appropriate day care for a child. She was playing all over the floor and throwing her shoes around. Shame on BB for allowing this in a public restaurant.

To begin, I had a reservation for 8 and was told when we arrived that the wait would be an hour and a half if we wanted to sit inside, but we could sit on the patio immediately. Since when does having a reservation not guarantee you a table in the restaurant? We ended up opting for sitting in the patio since it was nice outside. It was cool, but not cold in any way, but they had turned on the heat lamp situated above the table where we were seated. I politely asked if they could either turn the heat lamp down or even off because everyone at our table was uncomfortably warm. Our server basically said she didn’t know how to and didn’t think she could just turn it down, and that it was too busy for her to try to find someone to ask or figure out how to do it herself, but we could move to another table that wasn’t under the heat lamp. Yeah. When our food came, we still hadn’t been given silverware or napkins so we had to ask for those and wait several minutes for them to come back with the silverware. We also waited a good amount of time for the server to even ask if we needed any drink refills which we did. Once we were finished eating, we had another extended wait for “to go” boxes and she didn’t listen so she didn’t bring enough boxes and had to go back and get another box. We tried splitting the check on the electronic kiosk thing at the table, but it wasn’t working and so of course we had another extended wait for that.

Although it was a very busy evening, with our reservation, we were seated quickly. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were excellent.

Great place! I'm very disappointed that it is closing in April. Amazing staff - Amanda was outstanding. Ms. Tiff has great leadership for running such a fabulous place. Thank you all!

My husband and I have been here several times. We had a date night on last night and hadn’t been in about a year. The food was not as good as it used to be. We had the empanadas as an appetizer and the buttermilk chicken which is our favorite. Both of the items were not good at all. I almost sent my chicken back but I didn’t feel like complaining. The chicken was hot but the corn and mashed potatoes that come with it were cold. The chicken didn’t taste like their usual buttermilk chicken. It tasted like they definitely cut some corners. The taste was off. The best part of the meal were the drinks and that’s sad. The server was nice though so that was a plus. Overall based on the food quality we probably won’t be back.
