    Absolutely horrible experience at Benihana. The service was beyond unacceptable. We waited an entire hour for drinks and food, and to make matters worse, the kids’ meals we ordered never even arrived. How does a restaurant manage to leave children without their food after that long? Completely ridiculous. The restaurant was dirty, the wait was absurd, and the overall experience was absolutely disgusting. Between the lack of cleanliness, painfully slow service, and orders being completely forgotten, this was a total failure from start to finish. Benihana charges prices that should come with at least a basic level of service, cleanliness, and competence. Instead, we wasted our time waiting for food that never came while dealing with a gross environment and terrible service. Do yourself a favor and save your money. There is absolutely no excuse for making customers wait an hour, failing to bring out children’s meals, and providing such a miserable dining experience. We came to enjoy a meal and left with nothing but frustration and disappointment. Truly unacceptable. We will not be rushing back.

    Everything was great. Food was excellent, service was great. We loved our server Paul & our chef was great too. I’d recommend Benihana’s any time.

    Venue is dated. Food average at best.Chef was fun and entertaining. Building was not exactly clean. Would not return. Was such a nice experience in past, but that was years ago. Seems old and tired in there

    Our experience was made very positive by Muhammad, our hibachi chef. He is a wonderful asset to Benihana. Very personable, very entertaining Muhammad is the type of hibachi chef you hope to have when you get a reservation at Benihana.
