Enjoyed the service, particularly the chef who prepared the meal. Very friendly.
This was the worst Benihana I have ever been to. It was dirty, loud, and the service was terrible. The server kept messing up our orders and drinks. We had to wait a very long time for food and the customers around us were also making it uncomfortable.
The food was disgusting . Our chef was rude and the service was beyond poor . I won’t return to this location in the future .
We had reservations for 1900hrs we did not get seated until 1930hrs. Then, the cook(chef) did not get to our table until 2100hrsThe manager did give us free apps, but that was at 2015hrs and they didn't get to the table until 2045hrs.
Second time we had a bad experience there. No more. It’s like the cooks don’t want to cook mushrooms even though they were on the cart. Oil from overhead vent leaking on the table and plates. Found multiple fabric string in my food after I got home. On my previous visit our waitress kept telling us the prices of menu items we selected and then produced a sign with the price on it as if we couldn’t afford it. This is the second bad experience at this place so won’t be going back...ever. Even their carry out sucks.
Chef didn’t seem that enthusiastic. Food didn’t have much seasoning compared to nearby hibachi restaurants.
I went to use my birthday coupon. After taking our order we barely saw our waiter again. He never asked did I want my dessert for my birthday nor did he bring it out. I’m not sure what was the issue, but they definitely need to step it up.
New Year’s Eve dinner. Staff was very efficient and table mates were a joy.
It was a disappointing experience this time. Our chef was not very energetic, or entertaining. The food was missing flavor too. Not super thrilled with the dining experience this time.
The food is always good. The only complaint is we feel like we are rushed to eat immediately after the cook is finished cooking because the waitress brought out to go containers for the entire table. Very nice place to eat, very professional. It is also clean and not to smokey.
Went with a bunch of kids, Chef and server were great!
We didn’t get mushrooms for our adult meal. :-(
Seated within 5 minutes after reservation time.

We was sitting with someone that had a food allergy!!
We DID NOT START EATING OUR FOOD UNTIL ALMOST 3pm!!
The cook apologized, in the mean time those customers had eaten they food and paid their bill!!! Seafood and egg allergy maybe private dining!

We had 6:30 reservations. Took 45Mins to get seated. Then no chef, we finished at 10pm.

Great food! Great Fun!
To begin, I want to make sure that everyone knows our waitress, cook and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was some of the best food I have ever had and will not hesitate to return in the future. We had a table for 7 and were seated very promptly as per our reservation. At one point before the chef showed up we had a visit from an employee who tried cleaning something in the hood above our table. When this happened, the tray fell onto our table and shattered numerous dishes sending shards of glass in most of our drinks and our fronds hands causing very minor cuts/scratches. My friends screen protector was also cracked due to this. We were all very stunned and didnt know what to do or say we we pretty much just stayed quiet. We could tell our waitress was very concerned and it seemed like an ARMY came to our table to remove literally everything and replace every dish/drink that we had sitting in front of us. Our waitress was literally the most wonderful person we have ever met. She stated the manager comped our first drink which was nice but was not fully true as only one drink was comped. The manager never even came over to extend his/her apologies for what happened.
My food was way over cooked. The Chef did not come with enough rice so he gave a Full table half full bowls as if no one noticed. When I said something the chef argued that “this is how we always do the bowls.” As if this was my first time there. The Garlic taste we love is no longer there because the garlic butter was stretched so thin that it now look like milk. I have 8 garlic butters to my order and still no taste. I asked to speak with someone because I love Benihana’s and I ordered 4 rice instead of my usual 3. I would not have ate there knowing they are cutting corners. The manger was called twice took her 15 minutes to come she says she will right back she was going to look at order. HOWEVER. I look up 10 minutes later she walking around to the table next to me ask if she didn’t tell me to just wait so I give her my order receipt and she quickly took it and disappeared the rest of the time. I asked again to speak with her and now she is just Too busy. I loved Benihana’s and after 5 long months of serious family issues, me and best friend knew this was what I needed before the new year. I’ve never been so disappointed with a restaurant. They argued me up and down that the butter is always Liquefied. I wanted to Scream at how bad they tried to tell me that the food I had was tasty as if they had my taste buds. It’s sad we have to find another hibachi places to substitute our love for the food but Benihana‘s really disappointed and showed no intentions on pleasing their customers. I never asked for a refund. I just asked to speak with someone to let them know that the quality of their food was no longer there. And I was ignored.

My favorite restaurant for date night food always good fresh and entertaining
The food was absolutely delicious. They were short on help so service was a little bit slow but I can't really complain about that. The people were working very hard and were very pleasant I'm looking forward to returning

My waitress wasn’t the best. She was older.
3 incorrect orders in my party;
unreasonable wait time for to be seated despite our reservation;

Yes, but not at the holidays. Had a 6:00 reservation and didn't get seated until 6:20 because the other party was late. Why do you penalize on time clients. THEN way understaffed. We were there for 3 hours because they did not have enough chefs and wait staff. Very disappointing.

Family dinner on Christmas night, our table chef was uninspired, seemed tired and bored. We have found it fun for the last few years to go here, seems like time for a change.
it was good they took a whole hour to start cooking and the guys we were with kept vaping at the table.
We went for Christmas last year abs had a great experience so we decided to come again but this experience was a bit disappointing. First off the room we were in was very noisy. The waiter we had wasn't very personable, and made several mistakes with our orders and those of the people at our table. In addition, they were out of filet already and we had the 6:00 seating. Based on this year's experience we will do something different next Christmas.

They way overbooked for Christmas Eve. Crammed 13 of us at a table, couldn’t get a 2nd drink to save my life. Food was ok per usual but the rest of the experience was less than stellar. Won’t be going back.

Christmas Eve dinner
Overall the experience was good, service and food good but chefs should do a better job of dividing the meals.
Made a reservation here for 8:30pm. We weren’t seated until 9:10. At 10pm, we didn’t have anyone cooking for us. Then when they finally finished cooking, the waitress came over and started boxing everything up. Extremely disappointing and we had gone there with a birthday certificate. They had brought me ice cream but not my husband and we did the 6 course meal that came with it.

Chef wasn’t very entertaining. Kept forgetting who ordered what. Gave the wrong food to wrong people. Didn’t have enough mushrooms for all of us. Missing one chicken fillet and two orders of shrimp. So had to wait for someone to bring that after the other dinners were done and we started eating. Just not a good experience.

The service was terrible, the chef was new, he cooked our food out of order, and got the orders mixed up. It was just a bad experience!

Our reservations was for 230 we did not order until after 315 the chef did not appear to our table until 410. It was very disgusting we were there for two birthdays and don’t know if we are going back
