    My husband had the Burgos and it was amazing. Of course the spoon bread was steamy and delicious.

    We always have a good experience at Crafted, but this may have been the best so far. Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious. Already looking forward to our next dinner!

    Two FABULOUS dining experiences at Historic Boone Tavern. Dinner was traditional KY Burgoo. An authentic recipe with fresh baked spoonbread. Student servers were very attentive in a very crowded dining room. Breakfast in the morning was Biscuits & Gravy. Ample portion hot and steaming. Again great Berea College service. From top to bottom a delightful experience. Will return.

    The trout was amazing. The chocolate dessert was delicious. The fried chicken was good . The spoon bread had been overcooked That is really a souffle, and when overcooked it gets burned on top and in the ramekin very quickly. I am glad they stopped serving just a thigh as fried chicken.

    Love staying at Boone Tavern hotel and the Crafted is a lovely place to dine. We ate there for breakfast both days of our stay and it was a very nice experience and the food was great.

    My wife and I try to make a pilgrimage to Boone Tavern once a year. We just love it. We stay the night in the Inn, walk the shops, go for a hike at the Pinnacles if we are feeling adventurous. Most importantly is food at Crafted. Of course, the spoonbread is required but the rest of the menu is great and there is always at least something Kentucky on the menu beyond the spoonbread. The remodel of the dining room has just made the experience better too. The bar area is outstanding. See you next year if not sooner.
