Couldn’t hear what the waitress was saying. Super noisy. Food came in bursts but the rice came last so hot food is hotter without rice. Felt overwhelmed by the din and left for coffee elsewhere. Food was tasty but my mouth was burning and they did not have any yoghurt! Cheap but not a place to linger. More

Service was a little slow but the friendly staff and really fair price of the meal more than made up for that! Would have given 5* had it not been for slow service but I would 100% be going back again and I have already recommended to friends 🥰 More

Definitely some of the best food I have ever had. All of it was delicious and the cherry souffle was like eating a beautiful fruity cloud. More

Tapas / Small Plates | Bristol, Bristol

Some of the best tapas I have ever eaten. Could have done the menu twice over but I’ll have to settle for going back. Friendly and attentive team maintained their high standard despite the restaurant being full. Excellent well priced wine list complemented the food. It has taken us a while to discover Paco. It’s now going to be a regular. More

The food, service and atmosphere were all great. The only complaint I have is that I had my elbows on the table all evening as I was taking to my friend opposite me and I ended up with the skin rubbed off both elbows! They are quite sore and I will end up with 2 scabs! There must have been a rough surface on the table for that to have happened so next time I will keep my elbows off the table or wear long sleeves! Apart from that was a lovely evening :) More

Overall, "Excellent". If i can leave you with the one "less good" bit of feedback (!), the tapwater (which we had in addition to our normal drinks and coffees) was a bit odorous: I wonder if it might be possible to filter it / chill it (?). Otherwise - all great stuff! More

Pata Negra
Pata Negra
Tapas / Small Plates | Bristol, Bristol

Pata Negra is a bustling, Spanish tapas & wine bar in the heart of Bristol’s Old City. Literally meaning, ‘Black Hoof’ the name, Pata Negra, refers to the finest Jamon Iberico, produced from free range Black Iberian pigs, fed on acorns (Bellota), and cured for 36 months. Needless to say, cured meats are a particular focus for us. You’ll also find a regularily changing menu of seasonal tapas dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian dishes & a short but sweet dessert menu. Our wine selection focuses on the many & diverse regions of the Iberian Peninsula, plus a few from further afield we just couldn’t leave out!More
