Food excellent as always. Service terrible. Restaurant empty except ours and 1 other table, 4 servers doing nothing, took 35 minutes to get service after asking a few times…no menu offered, no water nor drink order. Crazy. Selected a premium wine bottle yet server tried to dupe us with alternative less quality bottle as if we wouldn’t notice. The bill arrived with an unfriendly toss on the table and was wrong entirely, turned out to be the one other table’s bill. Worst service, thought we were getting punked. Food outstanding tho !

We always have a great dinner here. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. The food is always good and the service is friendly and quick. It's a wonderful place for dinner and they have a lot of options for GF eaters (I am GF but NOT celiac so I can't speak to that).

We had our dog with us so needed to sit outside. No one else was seated outside and we'd arrived early (5:15). Our hostess took us to the farthest two-top amongst the bushes. A few minutes later, another couple arrived--and after they complained about also being seated "in the bushes," they were moved to a four-top well away from the dreaded bushes. When the sever, Jackie, came out, she served the other couple first. I then asked to move and was allowed to do so. While my husband was searching for a parking space, a deranged man came up and sat down at the table beside mine, shouting at me the entire time. I went inside the restaurant to tell management I was being harassed and the manager came out and said to the man, "No one wants to chit-chat." This, of course, had NO effect and the deranged man continued to sit there and shout. My husband returned then, and the man stopped shouting at me. About 10 minutes later, he ambled off. We received a basket of slices of Italian bread, and I was surprised that the bread was dry inside and difficult to chew. My linguini vongole had few clams and all of them were small and chewy. My husband's roasted half-chicken was dry--which is understandable for white meat, but even the dark meat was dry. All of our food was frankly disappointing. We've been to Ca'Dario multiple times in the past and always had excellent experiences with the food, the atmosphere, and the service. This visit, all three dimensions fell short. Of course, sitting outside can have its own complications, but everything was a bit off. For the money--and it IS pricey--we would expect better.
