Nowhere what was expected. One of the dishes (penne vodka) half of the pasta was cooked the other half completely uncooked (we’re not talking about al dente here as the waiter tried to justify). Would not eat there again especially considering the options.

We had the best meal at Carmine’s Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. We enjoyed the Fried Zucchini as an appetizer. We ordered the Angel Hair Garlic & Oil Pasta, Chicken Cutlet and Lasagna. Everything was delicious. The service was great. The ambiance was perfect. A totally great meal/experience.

I really enjoyed my visit our server Sasha was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable also the manager gave a complimentary appetizer! I will definitely be back when I visit vegas again.

We were in Vegas for our daughters dance convention. She sat at a separate table than us and our experiences were different. We enjoyed our experience, server and food. Our daughters dance group (twelve 14-16 yo's) was immediately greeted with "we don't split checks and will only take one payment form for the entire table". If we had known this in advance we could have done Venmo. The experience ended being stressful for our kids. And the staff was less than kind at their table. We had a great server. But our kids did not.

Very good dinner, food was excellent. I think the portions should be smaller we only had three people and couldn’t try too much. We had salad, calamari, pasta and veal and we took home more than we could eat.

Family reunion of cousins. Great choices of foods. All enjoyed…there was a childrens birthday party very close to us. Many customers complained about the noise. Yelling, screaming, getting up from their chairs. Parents were then asked to mange the group of at least 20 8-9 year olds. Helped somewhat, it was a little annoying…maybe the adults should have been more involved managing the kids…other than that we all had a great time.

We were VERY disappointed that upon arrival we were taken to the back and offered seating in a high traffic dish collecting area AND right near the bathroom. It ruined the vibe for us. We eventually were seated near the front where we noticed larger parties were being seated. Not impressed with this location.

We were in town for a conference and I chose Carmine's for a team dinner after having a great experience previously at Carmine's in NYC. The food was excellent as was the service. I would highly recommend Carmine's to anyone looking for great food and a great dining experience and a family friendly atmosphere!
