    Champps in Brookfield remains a great location for food and visual entertainment, provided you can tolerate the noise level. It is difficult to talk with a group of four or more due to the surrounding noise. Someone is always straining to hear the conversation. It's unfortunate as the service and food selections are excellent.

    I went there with my two granddaughters 12 and 10. The girls both ordered off the children’s menu and I had the Chammps cheeseburger. The food was very good, the waitress was very nice, and we had a really nice time. It is essentially a sports bar, so as you can expect, it is kind of noisy. I think it’s a great place to go with young adults because there’s a great variety of things on the menu that they can order.

    We hadn't been here in some time as we moved away. Our return visit made us remember why we liked Chammps. Lots of TVs, good food and drink at a reasonable price as well as good service.

    The potato skins are the best! Brewers and the U.S. Open at one time were a bit of an overload, but I worked through it.

    Very disappointed that the Monte Cristo is no longer on your menu, had guests from out-of -state and while we all ordered something different, we thought our food which was the French Dip, the roll was not a French roll and there was no Cheese on it making for a really dry sandwich. We have had it before and this was so poor quality we never finished it. Soggy roll and dry roast beef also very tough. We always have had really good food there that is why we picked Champp's, they do not have one in their state So very disappointed.

    We loved the Monte Cristo as well - the manufacturer discontinued the Raspberry Melba sauce and thus the sandwich on the menu had to be removed. We can still make the sandwich, just not with the sauce. Our apologies for the "dry" French Dip, and as always you can add cheese to any item listed in your menu that does not have your ingredient of choice. We have very active managers on the floor that can address these issues that you are describing during any of your visits.

    Food was average. Server also average. Came to our table to ask if we needed anything but didn't wait for a response before leaving. Three of us wanted drink refills but had to wait until after she sat up at the hostess desk and talked for 10 minutes. Manager did take one meal off our bill as it wasn't up to par.

    Potato skins were a delicious appetizer. We had: Me: coconut shrimp and Cobb salad (only ate shrimp; salad was huge!) Hubby: jambalaya pasta with rice (great) Son 1: pepper Jack bacon burger with queso fries (finished the entire meal) Son 2: chicken Alfredo with broccoli (win) Son 3: pasta (forgot the name but large portion and good) Daughter: champs burger with fruit and side of curds (burger good, fruit tasty, curd ok) Over all great experience and we will go back. Stephanie our waitress was awesome and attentive. Vibe was good, music was nice and I enjoyed my visit.

    We were so disappointed last night. The service was not good. Our server never checked on our food or asked if we needed more drinks. When our food arrived, one of the meals was not delivered. I had to seek out our server to ask for it. We had to ask another server several times for our server - for water, leftover boxes, etc. We wanted a take out order and had to ask another server if she could take our order for it. When we got home, we found out that we got grilled chicken on the take out salad despite paying extra for crispy chicken. Something seemed to be different last night. Is there a new manager? They weren’t overly busy.

    The noise level for older crowd is a little much. I would not call it energetic! I brought an 88 year old Relative and it’s way too loud even for myself who is much younger.

    I was with a group of 5 other retired teachers who were there as much to talk and catch-up as to eat. We had a circular table, which was perfect for all the talking we did over the 3 hours we were there. The waitress was so patient with us as far as deciding what to order, too much talking to look. The service was quick and she checked back on beverages, but pretty much left us to chat. It was a wonderful experience.

    We were seated immediately upon arrival (We had a reservation for 11:30 am). Our waitress was extremely attentive (checked back frequently to see if we needed anything) and made some recommendations on popular sandwiches. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our food to arrive to our table. I highly recommend Champps!

    Reservation was made the day of our dinner. The number of attendees changed a couple of times in a small time frame and they were nothing but accommodating and gracious. I love this place for all the friendly and dedicated staff and the delicious food.

    I could not believe the restaurant took a 7:45 reservation and turned all of the lights on and practically swept up under our feet at 8:50. Ridiculous. I didn’t say anything there, but you’re better wait until we are done!! They’re supposed to be open til 9:00, then stay open and let us enjoy ourselves. We didn’t sneak in at 8:45. Disheartening 😡
