   The food was not great. We only got to try three different type of foods. It was not coming out as it would usually come out. It was my family first time there. It was very disappointing.

   Patricia is an outstanding server. We have ate there before and were lucky to have her for our first experience, blessed to have her for the second time. She came to our table before we had to go looking for her and knows the menu very well which made ordering easier. Chima is absolutely an experience worth having. Make sure to come hungry though you will want to sample everything and don’t forget the pineapple.

   This restaurant is amazing,the costumer service is friendly and the staff all have smiles in their faces our server Nick was phenomenal. The meat service was soo good and tasty. Overall an amazing experience!!

    We were celebrating our anniversary and my husband is a meat lover so I chose Chima for our special dinner. I am so happy, I did. He had a great time and the food was amazing. Our server was really nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend it!

    Patricia our waitress was amazing! She explained all the signature drinks, made sure our glasses were always filled, always made sure the meat we liked was coming by our table, and made sure to bring us clean plates. She was superb and the food itself was superb!

    Wife and I were visiting Charlotte. We wanted something nice and relaxing. The atmosphere was cozy. They staff respectful and inviting. The food and service was fantastic. We will keep this on our list of must visits.

    Went today 3/14 for my husband’s and I anniversary, Patricia was our server and it’s the second time she has been our server, she definitely made our experience amazing, she made sure we were getting everything we wanted and even got us a complementary dessert to celebrate. Will definitely come back and recommend to others!!

    Patricia was very knowledgeable and attentive. She and the manager, who visited the table a couple of times, were very helpful in sending the right people to us with meat just the way we wanted it. A very good experience!

    We’ve been going to chimas for a long time but last night was exceptional. Everything was very delicious! It’s expensive but we did have a memorable dinner. We like to wait for the perfect cut of meat that we want and when we made requests our servers attended very well. It was a great experience. My kids were all talking about their dinner last night.

    We reserved a table right after purchasing advance tickets to "Come From Away" at the Belk Theater (only 2 blocks away). What a great delicacy dinner at Chima is. You begin with a top-notch generous salad bar. There's enough there to overfill your plate and still not sample everything offered. Then you sit and wait for all kinds of meat, seafood, pineapple - other grilled delights to be brought to you by roaming staff. It's your yay or nay that fills your plate. Staff will take that one away when you're done and bring you another plate to fill. Then comes the bill and it is surprisingly fair considering all that you enjoyed.

    This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a while. Our waitress, Patricia was amazing! She explained the Brazilian culture as she was going through the drink options for my nephew, and she made sure we received great service throughout the whole meal. I will definitely be returning on future trips to Charlotte, and I will be sure to recommend the restaurant to anyone that I know will be in the area.

    The service was amazing and the food was delicious. I’ve never had a beef rib melt in my mouth before so the overall experience was life changing. Highly recommend. It’s well worth the price per person.

    It was good, but the meat did not come around very often I think we only got like 3 kinds of red meats, which was suprising based on how many there are on the menu. Would have definitely been 5/5 if they would have came around with meat options more often.

    Chima in Charlotte is absolutely wonderful! We had a party of 6 go for my husbands birthday last night. The buffet selections were fresh, great selections and very flavorful! The meats they brought to the table were delicious! The mixed drinks were on point as well. Our server, Cenya, really made the experience that much more!! She always had our drinks filled, knew just when to switch our plates out and had a fantastic attitude! We were having a great time laughing and telling stories at the table and she just added to the hilariousness with her bubbly personality!

    Front staff was a little irritating to speak with, and we had to wait for awhile even though we made a reservation. Meat was slow to come around. Our waitress was nice but felt like she was overwhelmed and didn’t meet our service needs through the whole experience.

    My favorite steakhouse but had to sit upstairs this time. Significantly lower level of service, less meat options and have to constantly ask for meat. Never sit upstairs, downstairs seems like a different restaurant.. better luck next time I guess
