   This was our first time dining at Chima. Our waitperson, Patricia, gave us the best customer service and made some awesome recommendations for drinks/wine. Tyler checked on us as well and helped make sure we received one more round of pineapple before we left. When we return, we will see if we can be seated in her area. The food was so delicious. The staff also made my companion's birthday extra special with a personal-sized yummy cheesecake. I do wish that Chima offered Valet service. It would have made parking better. Highly recommend this place for a special night out.

   *please read* do not make the mistake I made and not look over my itemize bill better . We were charge for things that was not ordered and 18% tip per our server PATRICIA was mandory because we had 4 people in our party. I'm a tipper no need to lie to get one. We did not have double shot drinks. Regular drinks. Food was great. Just be careful look over your bill. Also they do not have valet parking or validate parking tickets for the lots near them and parking is crazy for that area. The hostess do not have a welcome spirit they should since they are your first impression

    Patricia was very welcoming and kinda. We were complimented by the manager as well as our server numerous times. They are gracious to guests and the meat is very good. Very pricey though the only downside. But the experience is nice!

    Couldn't have had a better time. Upon arrival, the hostess and manager Tyler made us feel very welcome. Our waiter Chong knew the drink menu front to back and helped us make some great wine choices. He took pride in his work and facilitated an amazing dining experience from start to finish. The meat service was amazing.To finish the night off we had an apple strudel for dessert was delicious.The atmosphere was upscale and simplistic, like a steakhouse should be. The setting was great for a date night or a business gathering. I'd recommend Chima to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

    We were back in a corner and seems to get iverloooed for meat service. The mgr was awesome and tried to send food our way but when he didn’t ask them they forgot us. The waitress was fantastic but her runners forgot our refills on tea and sides. Not sure we will go back.

    Service was soooo slooow!!! And pricing very high! Also, all other Brazilian steakhouses have pricing for just the salad bar (in case someone in your party is a vegetarian).

    Patricia was our wait staff and she done a great job of explaining what was going on as it was our first visit there food was great we sat right next to kitchen so it was a little loud but we also got first choice as it came out great experience

    It was our 3-year anniversary, and he knows this one of my favorite restaurants; so it’s our “anniversary thing” to eat dinner at Chima’s before a night out in the town! Again, they didn’t disappoint! It was even more meat options than last year’s dinner! I love Brazilian food, and Chima’s is the best! Their meat have more flavor than the other spots, and they will ask you for your requested options and constantly bring that to you… I love this place!

    When I looked at the website is was not clear what the experience was. I thought it would be a great steakhouse with great reviews. In the end it was a complete waste of time and money. First of all the salad is a self serve all you can eat salad bar. I would have thought between Covid, Fluetc these relics would be in the past. I did try the salad bar and the veggies tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. Secondly the meat was okay but not great. Server bought us our drinks and some sides and never came back until the bill was due. The bill was 164.00 for old self serve salad and not cooked to order meat. To top off the night, I had some meat left on my plate, so I asked for a box for my four legged friends, I was told no they do not do take home boxes. Seriously! At those prices???? I will never be back nor will I ever try Gaucho meat experience again. On a high note the drink and wine was very good.

    Beware - they don't honor reservations. Was finally seated 40 minutes after our reservation Saturday night. Was told previous diners were dining longer than expected so they couldn't seat us at our reserved time and couldn't even give us an expected wait time. There were a lot of large parties draining the resources and staff. Had a new bartender at the bar on a Saturday night - very slow on the busiest night. Overall poor experience for a VERY expensive meal.
