Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Ashburn
Great!!! Service was phenomenal.
Great wine and great experience! Food was good, and was a good value.
Food was amazing. I got the chicken piccata it was so lemony and delicious. Got an island mojito and it was good, only complaint with the drink is that the mint needs to be muddled not just place mint leaves in the drink.
Desserts are all amazing.
Fantastic as usual. Love this place
Food, wine and service were great, but it was SO loud!
Business lunch but definitely going back to taste the wine. Staff friendly and helpful. Menu has good selections and something for everyone. Lovely decor and suitable for business, romantic, or girls day out gatherings. Would definitely recommend.
Had a great wine tasting even though they were out of just about every wine. I learned a lesson though... they sell out of wines around February 14th. I wonder why?!?
But the food was on point and the service was fast and good. I go to Cooper’s hawk a lot and I’ve only ever had one bad experience in the past 3 years. Usually they are amazing and this time was great like all the others.
Always a pleasant time at CH.
Service was terrific. Food ranged from fabulous to mediocre. Pork Belly Tacos were the star of our meal. Could have done without the Mexican Drunken Shrimp which were highly recommended by our server. Shrimp were dry and bland and a waste of money.
Hands down, Cooper's Hawk is my favorite restaurant. The service has always been outstanding and every single dish I have had has been TOP NOTCH.
From the service to the food and wine, it’s always a pleasure coming here!
We had a wonderful dinner at Coopers Hawk. The appetizers were amazing. We both agreed that it was the best calamari we've ever had. The potstickers were delicious as well. So much flavor. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The wine and cocktails were wonderful. Our server was great.. perfect amount of attention. We might have been the noisy people, but I didn't notice much noise generally. We were able to just enjoy our double date without any distractions around us. Loved it!
Our waitress was wonderful and very patient either the older couple I was with.
Great concept, but something was off that night. Slow, slow service and poorly executed food. Not up to the Reston standards.
Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, and there are so many things on the menu that appeal that it's hard to make a choice.
For the 2nd time in last 3 weeks , we waited over 25 mins for past our reservation time .
Excellent food and wine. And service was great! Great ambiance!
Food was delicious and overall experience was very good. Our server seemed distracted though and wasn’t always available.
Great lunch and service today.
See you next Wednesday with a larger group. Have invited friends to join us for lunch.
Except for table and then booth (for 6) was in the noisiest place in restaurant, everything else was perfect.
The appetizer took 45 minutes to come out, it was crispy Brussels sprouts. Then the main courses took a long time after the appetizer was finished. I had to ask the server three times to check our wine club membership for any discounts, once he checked he did find the discount.
I shouldn’t have to insist on checking the wine club membership, the server should do it automatically and be pleased to use them. I also had to ensure he didn’t mix our cards up because he had three in his hand. The time on food was “because someone stole his appetizer” hard to know if that’s true. Either way a visit from the manager would have been nice. I overheard the table behind and in front of me voicing concerns about time and a manager never visited their table either.
We love being member’s and the food, however we will be rethinking the membership due to the lack of customer service.
I dine out often and was disappointed by the wait time and service. Also, the table we were given was awful. It was near an exit door and in a cold area. I was really looking forward to going there since it was my birthday. We didn’t tell the hostess or waitstaff until the end of the meal. Perhaps, our experience would have been better. I thought being a VIP with Open Table that our service would have been great like all the other times I dine, but not here. It will be awhile before I go back here again. On a positive note the food was good.
Worst experience I’ve had in a while. Found hair in the butter. Manager said “It’s made in bulk batches” so basically the whole batch was full hairs 🤢. Got our drinks, which is probably the only reason we stayed. Food took a long time, but it’s Saturday night. Ordered the Chimichurri steak. Taste like a piece of bark with stale truffle fries. Probably stayed under heat lamp to long. I gave up and ordered a burger. If it wasn’t for my wine club membership, and the bacon shrimp appetizer, I’d would of left.
Hire back the previous line chef. This new one sucks!
I went there with my sisters to celebrate my one of my sister’s birthdays. The only thing slightly negative, but understandable was we arrived about 35 minutes early & we weren’t able to be seated early.
All of the staff we encountered was very professional & friendly. Our server couldn’t have been more helpful & even remembered to bring my sister a special (complimentary) birthday dessert. She aptly handled the situation where I had just started the tasting when we were seated. She researched the options & couldn’t have been more accommodating.
The food was delicious.
We had reservations for a birthday dinner and were seated a little ahead of our scheduled time. We ordered the pork belly tostadas as an appetizer and split the short ribs meal and it was more than enough for us. The recommended pairing of the CabZin was on point. We will definitely be dining here again and highly recommend others to give this place a try!
Excellent service, and an excellent experience. I highly recommend taking your friends out to
Cooper's Hawk, for a wonderful evening!
