    I’m a longtime return customer. Dad loved his pistachio grouper dish. My dish was presented well but wasn’t flavorful. I always enjoy everything so this is the first time. I don’t think anything was done wrong.

    Love this place! Always a great experience. Much prefer Ashburn to Reston though… it is larger, less noisy and offers a lovely outdoor seating area. We have never had a bad meal here.

    The staff is friendly and very professional, food always well prepared and interesting. I recommend trying the chef’s specials. Great selection of wine. On a pleasant day dining on the terrace is very enjoyable.

    Outstanding food and wine. The service was best we have ever received at Cooper's Hawk. We had the tuna appetizer and the grouper entree. We drank Temranillo wine.

    The team at Cooper’s Hawk was so wonderful. I truly felt like they provide an extra level of service. The food and wine were wonderful and will make us return again, but I cannot say enough about the great staff.

    We come to Cooper's Hawk quite often but haven't been here lately due to life in general as we live an hour away. We met family here today and as usual, Cooper's Hawk did not disappoint. My cocktail took a long time and the manager comped it which was very nice.

    I'm a wine club member so come here quite a bit. Tonight was the first time that we had such poor service. Had reservations at 7:15 but didn't get seated until 7:45. The women at the host stand had an attitude any time you talked to them. Then we sat down, ordered our food and waited 45 minutes to get it. It wasn't like they were short staffed-- we saw a number of people working. But they were not able to handle the volume. It made for a horrible experience.

    Every time we have dinner at Copper's Hawk, it always turns into something special. The food is fantastic, the service couldn't be better. It's jus a really nice place to dine. So, thank you very much for a nice evening!

    Excellent food. Slight smell of gas sitting outside on the patio, perhaps from the propane heaters. The service was good, but not great. The waitress was pleasant and helpful with the bill, but could have rounded on the table a bit more, offered bread or drinks more frequently.

    Food was good, but not outstanding commiserate with pricing. Amount of accompanying sides (ie: broccolli, green beans) was very low. Had a great waitress! Love the ambience and wine was very good

    It was Mothers Day. Fully booked. The ordered drinks took a while to get to our table. All food was delivered on time. Our server Sammy had a great attitude and was pleasant . This is one of our favorite places.

    The food was great as usual. The service was just ok. We noted on our reservation this was for a birthday, and the hostesses even noted that on the reservation card the server took but the server never said a word. Our food did take an extra long time to come out (groups with different waiters that sat after us were served before us) and he didn't communicate with us.

    My mom and I visited the Ashburn location for Mother's Day and we had a lovely time. The hostess seated us within minutes of arriving (we had reservations) and our server was very pleasant and attentive. Both of our meals were delicious and filling.

    Coopers Hawk handled the Mothers Day rush like rockstars. The staff was friendly and attentive, we did not feel rushed at all. It could not have been a more perfect and relaxing experience.

    The weather was perfect for outdoor dining. Our server made us feel welcome, we enjoyed our meal, everything prepared well and timely brought to the table. The CabSav (bin 94) was delicious with the filet medallions and scallops gratin.

    Although I had an OpenTable reservation the host would not seat me stating there was no space in the dining room and recommended that I go to the bar for dinner. Definitely not a repeat.

    The lunch size Chicken Piccata was wonderful. The portion was large, the chicken was very tender and the pasta and asparagus were done to perfection. A very flavorful dish while not overly lemony. This dish paired with the peach sangria made for a fantastic lunch with friends. Our waitress was great and very attentive.

    Waited 25 minutes *with* a reservation. Large party in the private room was very loud. Appetizers and main courses took unusually long to come out. Food was lukewarm. I love this place but last night was NOT good. Hopefully it was an anomaly.

    My only complaint is we waited 15 minutes ~ no water, or server and we had to track down a hostess to send a server our way. Apparently our server was going home and somehow was asked to wait on us ~ nothing like feeling you are inconveniencing your server. Other than that ~ the food was great as always and we sat outside by the pond which was very nice as it was very loud in the restaurant.
