    We haven’t been to Coopers for 3-4 years and decided to take my wife out as she was dreaming of their steak medallions! Great wedge salad, but had to ask for bread and they brought out pretzel roll with whipped butter near end of our salad, better late than never. Each of us had a flight of wine and the portions were generous. The entrees came promptly, service was efficient though not overly friendly, at least until the end when we were able to chat quite a bit with our server as the night died down. Regarding entrees, my wife had the filet medallions, and said very good especially the unique horseradish compote on top. I selected the surf and turf special and was a bit disappointed to see the lobster tempura fried on the shell, but actually it was delicious with a zesty aoli. The filet was perfectly cooked and tasty on a bed of mashed potatoes. The tempura fried onion, green beans and tomatoes were delicious as well. Wine flights were pretty good, not spectacular except for the Meritage at the end. I leaned over to retrieve a dropped napkin and knocked over my last glass of wine, darn. A manager came over later and offered a replacement which was a nice touch. Chocolate cake and cafe Americano were done well. 9/10 overall so very happy.

    First experience. The food was very good and our server Cassie was excellent in every way. She was very attentive, informative, personable and very nice. She made sure we were very informed of the menu selections, drinks etc. we plan on returning there in the near future.

    Service was the worst we’ve had. We had to remind our waitress 3 times that we had asked for pretzel bread. Then she had to rerun my check twice and the others in our party three times before it was right. Very subpar.

    Had a nice meal. The gnocchi carbonara and blackened tuna dishes were great. The creme brulee was pretty disappointing. Good drinks and wine, we had a great time overall. Love being a wine club member.

    The gnat problem is ridiculous for this establishment. I recommend hiring a company to treat the bugs when you’re closed. The bar is even worse. I dine often for the parm chicken and it was just ok this time. Food temp was not hot when it arrived to the table, chicken tasted as if it had been sitting.

    Came with my friend for an early ladies dinner. We had such a great time and our server was absolutely amazing. Love her personality! The food was delicious and the wine was perfect (as always).

    We enjoyed a lovely birthday dinner for my husband. Natasha gave excellent service and was so thoughtful with my mother. It’s been a mi g time since we were there - will be back soon. It was a bit mousy but it was a Friday night and the restaurant was very busy.

    Last night was a bit disappointing. We were celebrating my birthday. I'm a wine club member and had money off my dinner, but had to request the discount. Then foor birthday celebrations they give you a few truffles. We had to ask for those as well. Honestly the service was sub-par. Definitely disappointing.

    I feel that our server was overwhelmed. She was good, polite, attentive as best as she could be. The food was exceptional but the timeliness on bringing wine, appetizers, desserts to the table was long.

    been going to CH for a long time, and this was the worst service ever. Only served one bottle of wine, because the server never came back to get another order from us. Wait time after being seated was longer than normal, restaurant was not busy, service was just that poor.

    We dined in the Bar. Initially the bartending staff seemed a little inattentive. I think that was due to a change of shift period. Later they were back to their normal standard of excellence.

    Wine room, excellent. James, my favorite. Food was great, I had the short rib Bolognese special, delish. They seem to be having trouble keeping servers. Ours had the personality of a wet paper towel. Still was a great experience, all things considered.

    We've been to several Cooper's Hawks in different parts of the country and always find lunch or dinner to be really good. Indianapolis is no exception and we once again had a cup of the crab, shrimp and lobster bisque as it is excellent (and filling). Also enjoyed 2 nice red wines...so nice we stopped and bought them in their wine shop and became members. It is a great deal!

    Coopers Hawk on 96th Street in Indianapolis, IN. is one of the busiest and energized properties in the CP family. I love the way the building is set up for guests. For our visit we sat in the main dining area near the doors to the back room (which were open). The server was exceptional. Very knowledgeable of every wine and entrée we inquired about. Great night tasting their recent wine releases and I really enjoyed the egg roll appetizer and my main course, jambalaya. Great evening!

    We visited for our kids bdays:) our server was excellent. Only slight downside was sitting at a 6 top next to the lobby. Wish the table had been a little further in. Ambiance not so good.

    We had not been to CH in many years, so when it came up as a preference for my daughter for her 32nd birthday, we made the reservation. We were seated within minutes of our 6pm target as we had gotten the impression from some other guests that is not always the case, as in sometimes 30-45 behind schedule. The food was a cut above for sure. We tried a few appetizers with the egg rolls and the ahi really standing out. The seafood soup was great. The drunken shrimp fell a little short. All the entrees were quite nice and the wine of course hit the spot. Deserts, key lime was just OK, chocolate cake was excellent and the Reese things was a hit. Our waitress was pleasant and positive to work with, however ever the servers had their work cut out for them as the kitchen struggled to keep up all night as the crowd was a full one. We were seated longer than we would normally like, however, it was for a birthday after all with family! All in all, we'd give CH a 4.25 to 4.5 star rating. Would definately go back. -Wilfred

    Reservations honored; we enjoyed shrimp and scallops risotto and braised beef short ribs. Complimented these dishes with Pinot Noir and Sparkling raspberry. Service was stressed by the high volume of customers and the extremely high noise level. But we plan to return and even check out the wine club.

    We started with the wine tasting and were quite pleased the line wasn’t too long for 6:00 on a Friday night. Dinner was delicious! My only complaint is that after ordering, we had to wait an hour for our food. The manager did come to us and apologize, but he offered no compensation. We were enjoying good wine and conversation, so we weren’t terribly upset.

    This was an exceptional experience. The food was great, the service timely and very friendly. Although our desert was slow in being delivered, the waitress apologized and the desert became complementary. The floor manager also visited us and apologized again saying that the desert was on them. We did not even complain as we were enjoying the evening.

    Our second visit to this restaurant and it was wonderful again. The wine list is extensive, and samples are offered before committing to a glass. My husband had the Bloody Mary and it was amazing as well. Menu has a wide variety and everything was delicious.

    Our server Noah was excellent again and remembered us from over a month ago. He is an awesome addition and the food, as always was excellent. We then had a wine tasting and James continued the fantastic day with his usually excellent tasting and his ability to bring all of the people together in the tasting room continued today as well. They are 2 reasons to return to CH time and time again.
