   The service and food was excellent. I do think the restaurant should have a children's menu as my 11 year old struggled with the choice. But that aside it was excellent and I will be returning.

   Excellent service, attention and genuine engagement with guests. The fact that I’d booked outside, in error, was kindly accommodated. Good choice and quality was excellent. Well done team.

    Being asked , "do you want your change" by the waitress put a sour taste to the end of what was a lovely meal. Yes, id like my 18 euro change back thanks. Still left a tip but Jesus that was sly trying to walk off with the change as a tip totally decided by herself.

    I was always a fan of the corn store but hadn’t been in a few years. I was so glad I booked it as it was a fantastic dining experience, just as I remembered it. The service, food and wine were absolutely super the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. I was really impressed and will be returning very soon

    This is by far my favourite place to dine in Cork. From birthdays, to anniversary's, to celebrating minor\major achievements in a family or friend group, The Cornstore is the only option of where we choose to to share these moments. The pricing is 100% on par with the experience as restaurant sets a high standard for its food quality and ensures the guests receive the same quality with every dish at every sitting. The menu offers a delicious selection of meals and a wonderful wine and cocktail list, and the serving sizes are just right. The ambiance is always relaxed and enjoyable even on busier days/ evenings and the staff are charming and helpful, and always ready to recommend alternative options when you're feeling indecisive. On finer days you can eat outdoors, or even just enjoy a glass of wine while as the evening gets cooler you are provided with blankets to keep you comfortable and cosy. The only criticism/suggestion I have is if the booking is allocated at the opening time of the establishment then maybe the establishment should at least allow gates open 10/15 minutes before booking time (for the outside area) for customers to enter under shelter until their table is ready, that or reconsider taking booking at the opening time. Thankfully it was dry on the day of this experience but should it have been any different It would have ruined the experience for all. Outside of that 100% recommend.

    Food was fantastic, enjoyed every bite. We both had sirloin steak, cooked perfectly, with goose fat roast potatoes and chips on the side. Sticky toffee pudding and strawberry panna cotta for dessert. Great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and quick with the drinks. Can’t fault it, we had a great night. Would recommend to anyone marking a special occasion or just out for a meal to remember. Excellent all round and we’ll definitely be back again.

    Very surprised as had heard great things about the place, food was only mediocre, starters were great mains were a huge disappointment. We had our booking for 6.30 and we got served our starters ten minutes after we arrived, we didn't get served our starter for an hour after the starter. Filler steak came on the plate with 1 steam of asparagus in batter, served with garlic butter had to pay separately for the chips. No accompanying veg which was a disgrace for such an expensive but of meat. Deserts were lovely and they were removed from bill but still not good enough. We had intentions of bringing 15 members of our family for meal our 30th wedding anniversary. This wasn't satisfactory and will not be back
