Owing to the success of the Cornstore Wine Bar & Restaurant Cork, a sister restaurant was opened in Limerick in November 2008, situated on the newly refurbished and pedestrianised street, Thomas Street.

The concepts boasts 3 floors offering a lively, buzzy, Manhattan style surrounding, including private dining and contemporary heated smoking area. The interior is mirrored to match the stylish elegance of its sister restaurant in Cork with intricate floor tiling, pewter style bar, cosy booths and intimate lighting.

Like Cork, the menu consists of premium steaks and quality seafood, an extensive drinks list with cocktails, new world beers and a vast wine list.
Both Cornstore buildings were selected because of their historic presence and the belief that the old and new can be successfully combined to create an old style feel with a modern ambiance.

Very pleasant experience. Staff very attentive & friendly. Food was delicious 😋. Table position was Perfect for us. Like anyplace now prices are rather expensive. You need to be prepared to spend the money for a good tasty meal. See would highly recommend & will return. Thank you to all the lovely staff . 👏👏😀

The food was fantastic and the staff were extremely nice. My wife & I were delighted with our dining experience yesterday evening and will be back again soon. Tell your friends and pay a visit yourselves in the lead up to Xmas...you won't be disappointed!

The nicest place in Limerick for food. I asked for a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu and they could accommodate me with no problem. Food was gorgeous and our server was great. Always a lovely treat in The Cornstore.

The main courses were really lovely , although the vegetarian dish was just a full cauliflower served on a plate!!! We had to order sides I.e chips when it came to the table , although the other main courses came with chips or mash. The deserts were pretty bland.

The service was outstanding. We had a server names Roxy I think. She was excellent. Food came out a little too fast between starter and main course. Food was very nice though, except the oven roast chicken was a bit bland. Cocktails were really good. Atmosphere was excellent and setting was lovely. Definitely be back.

Very cold setting, time and checking back with customers was horrible. No one checked if our meal was okay, had desert menus almost 20 mins.... no rounds of drinks after initial order... very poor service buy food was lovely and it was reasonably priced

Really disappointed, we booked for lunch and were landed with a 50 euro set menu. We were not told this when booking. They were open because graduations where on and it felt very exploitative

We had a brilliant evening at the cornstore. The food was amazing, the staff were so polite and attentive without being overbearing and, as I had indicated a birthday on the online booking form, had surprised my partner and myself with a dessert with sparklers and singing. We highly recommend them!

One of the best restaurants to eat in Limerick and one of our favourites. We were a party of 5 all had something different to eat, food absolutely delicious, excellent produce.
