- AAngelaBuckinghamshire •1 review5.0Dined on 16 Oct 2026Was a really lovely first time experience for my partner's birthday. It was quiet and the ambience lovely, moreso as there was a busker playing nice relaxing music outside for awhile. The service was excellent. Good communication even before we arrived. They were very amenable to setting up birthday decorations, but in the end it was not needed. The scones were simply amazing a true highlight as they were so delicious and fresh. Wish we could have bought some home with us! Menu and items provided were well explained, great value for money, wonderful presentation and everything was so fresh and filling we even had to take some of the cakes home. When we come back to Bath in the future, we will definitely come here again. Great location with parking 5mins walk away in the Pavillion centre. Definitely worth the visit coming from London and I am so glad I picked SLT. My partner and I were not disappointed at all and he enjoyed his birthday afternoon tea surprise. Thanks to all the staff.More infoSweet Little Things, Bath££££• Afternoon Tea• Bath•4.4

The menu on Sunday is simpler but something for everyone whatever your dietary preferences. The service is attentive but not intrusive. The setting I’d perfect.More infoThe Nook On Five££££• British• Cheltenham•4.2
- VVeronicaLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined on 10 Oct 2026We had a lovely meal overall! The steak was really very good and cooked to perfection, and the side dishes were delicious too. The pizza was a little more average, but still enjoyable. They also have a good range of drinks including local beers. The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially when ensuring our dietary requirements were taken care of, which we really appreciated. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a lovely dining area. It did feel a little empty despite most tables being occupied, which was slightly unusual given how gorgeous the room is. Perhaps a different layout could make the space feel more lively and welcoming. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, particularly thanks to the excellent service. We'd happily return! 😊More infoHerberts at DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham-Cotswolds££££• British• Cheltenham•3.6
