Absolutely amazing experience. Phenomenal service from the whole team. The crystal moon lounge is beautiful, huge variety of tea and delicious sandwiches and desserts. We weren’t rushed at all and felt extremely relaxed.

Really wonderful experience in a great setting. The Halloween theme was fantastic. The food was really delicious. The presentation really kept with the theme. Service was impeccable- Anelia was attentive and very friendly. This added to the overall experience. The only minor drawback was the specialty drinks menu. It was limited to tequila and whiskey. You were able to order off the bar menu for a separate charge. The dessert portions were huge and very tasty. Will do again next time we are in the market area.

Beautiful Bridgerton themed afternoon tea, the service was outstanding. The sandwiches and scones were delicious and the cakes were so pretty. We loved the lace mask on our cocktail glass and the letter from Lady Whistledown 😂

Went for a birthday afternoon tea. Service was great, attentive and friendly staff. Ambience was nice and not too loud where you can have conversations with others. Great selection of sandwiches and sweet treats with refills available for everything. You also get to visit the sweetshop on your way out with generous portions!
