The staff was friendly, courteous, and very attentive. Food preparation and explanation was wonderful. The prime rib is delicious balanced with good drinks, the calamari was exceptional. The sides were very good and plenty of food without adding extra cost..

The Power Brunch is our “go to” every trip. The black cherry margaritas are fantastic. Get the bacon. You’re welcome! Can’t wait to go back in a few months.

Excellent experience and the best seafood I've had in Vegas! Definitely enjoyed the Whale appetizer which gave our party a chance to try all the hits. Didn't believe the stone crabs could live up the hype, but I was wrong. Those and the oysters, sign me up!

Been many years since we have been to Hofbrauhaus.. we always drive by and say, “we need to go back there..”. Well yesterday we had a friend in town who said it was his favorite place to go when he’s in Vegas. That’s all we needed to hear! We made a reservation for 1145am thinking it might be packed due to Octoberfest, but it was fine. Plenty of seats available. Maybe because it was a Monday? Anyway, our server Mike D. took care of us like family. In fact, we ended up ordering the family meal which has a little bit of everything yummy so we could all get what we wanted and share. There were only 3 of us, so there was PLENTY of food left to take home. We ended up hanging out there afterward, shopping in the gift shop and having a drink at the front bar. So nice, so relaxing, and definitely will NOT hesitate to go back.

Chef Hopcraft came to our table, introduced himself and explained each dish. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. I have dined at STK LV about 8 times over the past 10 plus years. It is not a worn out trendy restaurant. It’s a LV institution. Can’t wait to go again.
