Best Bistros in Glover Park

The food was delicious and the vibes were nice. We ordered the brunch tower, wagyu hotdog, and profiteroles to share. I would recommend any of them.

Loveliest solo dining experience on a weeknight. The food is always superb. But what stood out on this visit was the exceptional service. Sergio took my wine order, but offered a sample & suggestion of something he thought I may like even more. I loved the edit and was grateful for the insightful suggestion. When I ordered dessert & a coffee, he again thoughtfully asked if I'd like to delay delivery a bit, to enjoy a more leisurely pace. Solo dining often feels rushed (no conversational partner), so slowing things down for a more luxe experience was so appreciated. Brilliant service! The only qualm: it can get a bit loud when the restaurant is full. But even then, it feels festive and you know they're doing a roaring business because they're THAT good.

At a time when Washington restaurants are becoming more and more expensive, Et Voila, which always was a bargain, serves wonderful food for half the price of most other good Washington restaurants. It's a bargain, but even more important, the food is wonderful.

Our dinner was so delicious as usual. Our waiter Stefano was amazing . He recommended the. bucatini, it was delish. We also had the octopus, chef makes it great. All four of us had a wonderful meal. Also the wine options by the glass are also great. Thank you again:)
