Well Deserved praise when it comes to the efficiency of staff and thoughtfulness, the elevated French comfort food that brings back notes of grandma and all her sisters, the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. I love this place!!!!

Love the decor and atmosphere. The food all of it was delicious especially the tuna rice cakes and the steak frites. Helen our server she made our night out a delight.

We had such a great experience at Bar Lola! The food and service were both amazing, and we were able to take advantage of their happy hour, which was a great bonus. I had the lamb lollipops, and they were absolutely delicious! We were seated in a corner on the second floor, so we did miss out on a little bit of the ambiance, but it was still a great experience overall. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, and we would definitely visit again next time we’re in New York!

It was surprising to find a restaurant of this quality in a museum, albeit an outstanding museum. The ambiance is relaxing. The service was friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent. I'm not a french fry aficionado, but these french fries were among the best I've ever had. The value was certainly in keeping with what one would expect to pay for a moderately-priced lunch in NYC. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. We look forward to returning.

Phenomenal food. We ordered drinks and entrees and loved everything. The Arctic Char, Short Rib, brussel sprouts were equally enjoyable. The atmosphere had a good vibe and the restaurant looks amazing post-reno. We were delighted when the Executive Sous Chef, José, came out to the table and shared insight into the flavors and ingredients. This was a memorable dining experience and we will be back. While located within the Sofitel New York, Social 45 has its own individual identity and is a destination. Thank you for such a great time!

We had a very pleasant lunch. The service was excellent and entries and dessert were tasty. The one flaw is the bread service. Not sure what is being served but it’s not fresh or tasty. In prior years they had a nice selection of breads to choose from.
