Precinct 37 was a friendly, quintessential Annandale corner cafe experience with an open fire and lots of natural light. The menu is healthy, delicious with great Ona coffee and wines by the glass. Highly recommended for a relaxed but high quality cafe lunch or breakfast. My table was on the ground floor but when busy, the upstairs area is opened which also has a fire place.

We LOVED our experience at Luxe 8 Cafe!! The food was beyond amazing, the service was impeccable and they let us sit and chat for as long as we pleased so it was a super pleasant experience!! We had the French toast, Belgian waffles and split the eggs with toast. We are still adjusting from the time change from USA so a third plate was necessary haha but all was very tasty and my husband said he’d come back whenever we come to Sydney!!
