It was seasoned with just salt and pepper, which made it safe for me as someone with celiac. The meat melted in your mouth, and those crispy edges were so delicious. It came with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and the whole meal was phenomenal. The garden salad to start is always amazing. We get it every time we come. I didn’t have dessert because I have celiac, but they kindly offered to make a substitution.
