Incredible gem! This was my second time to Blossom, and like the first everything was truly amazing. So far, we've not had a dish that we didn't think was just delectable in every way. Some favorites have been the Lychee Shrimp Pearls (great presentation, not to be missed!), the Black Truffle Pork Soup Dumplings, the Garlic String Beans (love these!), the Wagyu Chow Fun, and the Ube Dessert Dumplings. Cocktails are incredible too, especially the Silk and Smoke. Don't hesitate to drink a divine cup of Jasmine tea at the end of your meal; what a way to end it! Everyone is so friendly, and while it can get very loud, the group has spared no expense with every detail; charming and beautiful in every way.
