Met a friend to celebrate her birthday with my sister-in-law for lunch. The server was friendly and very informative. I ordered pad thai with salmon, gluten-free, and a cup of hot and sour soup. Our server made it clear to me that the soup had gluten in it, which was great! I told her that's my little cheat (not celiac, thank God). Then she brought my friend not only one birthday dessert on the house, but two! How sweet! And they were delicious. Apple crumble and pumpkin cheesecake. And no, I didn't have any. ;)
