Best Cocktail Bars in Uptown

Had a blast. Sebastian was our server and he was incredible. Super knowledgeable, and really gave us a great first experience at Rougarou! We did the Hoot & Hollar pre-fixe menu and it was stellar. Highly recommend. It’s cool, it’s different, its elevated. Definitely will be returning. Thanks again for a great evening.

It is a great place to eat, the food is very good, we try burrata, the ostries, spicy shrip pasta was delicious, and the short rib was great. We were served by Diana, and she was great in her attention to us, and the recomendations, thanks Diana for being so gentle. If you come to Denver you should go to Corinne.

Wonderful space, quiet and luxuriously appointed. The service was absolutely top-notch. Small plates were excellent, with the Corn Agnolotti the unanimous favorite. For the large plate we split the Wagyu beef - also outstanding and just enough to leave room for dessert. Cocktails were excellent as well!

Our lunch was excellent. The ambiance at Ash & Agave is super cool and classy! We like the lighter (and healthy) fare on the menu. The chips and salsa to start were tasty. The salsas are unique and flavorful. I chose the Emerald Kale and Salmon Salad. The salmon was a very generous portion, perfectly cooked. The green herb yogurt vinaigrette dressing was delicious! My guest chose the Riviera Salad, which is a favorite. The rotisserie chicken, goat cheese, pecans, etc. made for an extraordinary combination. Sean, our server, was attentive and efficient. We appreciated his sense of humor, too! We'll be back again to enjoy more of the menu!
