Heavy speakeasy vibe but very warm-feeling. Not tiki-themed, but the drinks are proper! Only one snack food is available. Daydream is billed as a rum bar, but didn't have a printed rum list. The selection visible on the backbar was varied but appeared to be only about 50 bottles. But we had a great time, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the drinks were great!

The best avocado toast I have ever eaten! It was on sourdough bread with a perfectly cooked, and a chili crunch salsa that made the dish. My husband had the huevos rancheros and ate every bite. The bloody Marie’s and mimosas were spot on.

New seasonal menu is stellar. The sea bass entree and the charred octopus starter were incredible. Drinks and desserts were delicious. What sets this restaurant apart though is the service. Friendly, knowledgeable, available and intuitive staff really make this place special. Quite frankly the best staff I have encountered in Santa Fe - a city know for quality dining!

My husband and I dine here quite often. Recently, we had the chef’s special for entree, swordfish and the mussels. Both were excellent along with the Cabernet Sauvignon that was on special. Service was great and we had a fantastic dinner experience.

This is a gem of a restaurant in Eldorado. Excellent, excellent tasting dishes for a reasonable price. More folks need to come from Santa Fe to try their changing menu. It is only a 20-minute drive, has easy parking, and an engaging space. See you there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gatsby’s never disappoints! The service is consistently exceptional, and the food is absolutely amazing every single time. Everything comes out fresh, delicious, and in a timely manner. The drinks are always perfectly made, delicious, and consistently on point, which is something I truly appreciate. It’s refreshing to visit a place that maintains such a high standard of quality across the board. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attentive service, incredible food, and fantastic drinks, Gatsby’s continues to exceed expectations. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of my favorite spots and a place I’ll continue coming back to. Highly recommend!
