Great experience and great food. We had a table of 6 and we were seated right after checking in with host. Duke our server was attentive as were all of his assistant servers. Food was delicious. The spicy pepperoni pizza and Nonna’s meatballs were excellent. For main entrees the braised beef cheek gnocchi and the iberico secreto are worth a try. Hopefully Michelin will bless them with a star. Bravo!

Where to go for my birthday dinner...on a Monday? Gotta go to the Bull Valley Roadhouse. It's their shorter menu on Monday through Wednesday night's- and all loved what we chose. Kramer, the bartender, made us some fabulous cocktails. It was a great evening. I would have wanted my dinner at the Bull any day of the week!

It has been a long while since we went and glad we came back to see that the place has still its charming personality. We went for his birthday to have a nice relaxing evening and enjoyed the local bands that played - Salacious Rumors and The Happys. Staff was awesome and gave great recommendations. Food was really good too.

Really enjoyed the new restaurant at Silverado! Sophisticated pub design with a great variety of apps, main courses and salads along with a full bar and impressive wine list. Our table ordered the steak frites, pasta with meat sauce and the amazing chicken pot pie. We split an amazing multi-layered carrot cake for dessert. Service was prompt, courteous and professional. So glad to have this as a new neighborhood find!!
