Bar George delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our server, Kevin, was fantastic: engaging, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely kind. The setting itself is extraordinary, with gorgeous décor and an atmosphere that immediately makes the occasion feel special. The food was every bit as impressive. My client and I ordered the Beef Wellington and lobster risotto, and both were outstanding. The Beef Wellington was incredibly tender and practically melted in your mouth, while the lobster risotto had a wonderfully subtle and distinctive flavor. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and memorable food made this a dining experience we won't soon forget.

We really enjoyed the tasting menu and wine pairing. I will think about this meal for a long time. It was also the first time our two teenagers experienced a tasting menu and they loved it as well. Staff made adjustments for 1 celiac member of our party, no problems or fuss. Highly recommend.

I love the cafe at Holts… I have eaten here many times… this time I took my old friend for a birthday lunch.. the wait staff are always so friendly and helpful… I had my usual Cobb salad which is really delicious .. my friend loved the salmon…we wanted a glass of white wine but we weren’t sure which one so they let us taste both, which was so thoughtful.. and generous… after we ate they brought my friend a few beautiful macarons with a candle… what a wonderful way to end a special birthday meal… thank you so much… everything was amazing… the food, the view and the lovely room… can’t wait to return!!😋😋😋

Outstanding food and service. I dined alone as I am in Montreal on business that required me to stay over the weekend. The team treated me with the same level of service as all the tables around me. Appreciated having a fantastic meal and top service.

Chaque plat raconte une histoire, chaque verre allume l’ambiance. VERTIGO, c’est plus qu’un restaurant. C’est un état d’esprit : FESTIF, RASSEMBLEUR, UNIQUE, LIBRE ET ASSUMÉ. Un lieu où l’on vit le présent à fond.
