Best Contemporary European Restaurants in Mahopac

We went to Giulio’s for lunch last week and had a wonderful time! We go there often, and we are never disappointed!!! The food was delicious, the servers were attentive, and our requests were always filled promptly with a smile!! We can’t wait to go back again….. and again….. and again!!!!! Elaine W.

There was a party going on in the main dining room, but we had a nice quiet spot in another room. The staff was very attentive to us and the food was very good considering there was a big party going on. 

From the initial greeting through the wonderful after dinner drinks, we loved every part of the evening! The host warmly greeted us and personally delivered us to our table. We started with their delicious Old Fashioneds accompanied by their crispy pork wonton special. Both mouthwatering! Next we had the lamb chops (perfectly done with a tiny bit of crisp, the way I love them) and my husband devoured the filet, also perfectly done. Our server was delightful and made sure we were never without water or beverages. The evening ended on a beautiful note with a surprise birthday song and delicious dessert (chocolate lava cake) for our friends' birthday. We also tried the Pistachio tartufo. Absolutely a Must Have! We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
