Delicious steak, whipped potatoes and asparagus. It was an excellent meal along with Sancerre, excellent de-caf cappuccino, and, my favorite, pina colada sorbet. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

The Easter brunch buffet at The Willard was phenomenal. There were so many stations offering many food options from breakfast to meats to salads, breads, cold seafood bar, sushi, dessert, soup, and an open bar. There was also a petting zoo in a separate room for guests to enjoy that consisted of goats, bunnies, chicks, and turtles. Each dining area had a harpist and they were very good. So good, we tipped the one in our dining room. Valet parking was and is available as well as self-parking with validation. Service was impeccable and everyone was very pleasant and nice. James and Valerie took care of our table in the back corner.

I visited Bresca to celebrate completing the Marine Corps Marathon, and it was such a memorable way to end an incredibly exhausting day. After nearly seven hours on the course, I arrived completely drained, feeling unwell, and probably looking just as exhausted as I felt! I hadn’t eaten a proper meal all day and found myself making quite a few requests just to feel comfortable. My server, Andrew, was incredibly accommodating throughout the evening. At one point, while he was attending to another table, I interrupted him to ask about a dessert menu I’d overheard being mentioned. He explained that he prefers to give his full attention to the table he’s currently serving. That interaction stayed with me because it reflected the attentiveness and intentionality I appreciate in fine dining. I even told Andrew that he’s the reason this restaurant has a Michelin star. While exceptional cuisine earns that distinction, I believe it’s the hospitality that completes the experience. His commitment to attentive, personalized service and willingness to accommodate my requests made a lasting impression. One of the most touching moments was receiving a personalized, handwritten card from Chef Ryan and the Bresca team congratulating me on completing the marathon. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, especially after such a physically demanding day. To me, exceptional fine dining is about more than outstanding cuisine. It’s about thoughtful hospitality, attention to detail, and making every guest feel valued. The food may earn a Michelin star, but the people and the experiences they create are what make a restaurant truly memorable. Thank you to Andrew, Chef Ryan, and the entire Bresca team for making my post-marathon celebration so special!

Staff was great, french pasta is handmade and was absolutely delicious on both our plates, Short Rib Lasagna & Pappardelle. Crispy Brussel Sprouts were definitely crispy and delicious with pickled onions. The cocktails were great. We needed a good dinner our first night in town and Opaline delivered. Thank you.

We have never been to the Ritz Carlton in DC so decided to eat at the Quadrant after a show we saw at the hotel. The ambiance was lovely and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious. It was a little pricey but we were not shocked as after all it is in the Ritz Carlton in Washington DC. Overall a great place to eat.
