Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Minturn

Food, service and atmosphere at Collette was excellent. Emma, Ryan, Jackson and Syndee were welcoming, friendly and efficient. They have a creative menu with both traditional Italian and new twists as well as a great 3-course option. It was a terrific meal and we look forward to coming back.

The food and the service were fantastic. Our waiter Dan was fabulous and the owner Keith did an awesome job visiting all the tables and very welcoming atmosphere . Our party ordered the Bronzino, the rabbit   tortellini and the lobster raviolis. Everything was excellent and oh don’t forget the dessert- The berry lasagna was awesome. 

Excellent service from the moment we sat down. Drinks were served quickly and were delicious and interesting. Panzanella salad was flavored perfectly with pears and apples and cheese. The pork risotto was cooked perfectly and the veal was tender and full of flavor. The spicy pasta dish won everyone at the table over with its flavors. Wine list was extensive…mostly Italian but a large choice of regions. Overall we gave it a 10 and will most definitely return.

Jill and her team make us feel like family every time we dine at Ellina. Service, food, and wine are the best in town.
