We propose the wines that we like, the real ones, those of the winemakers, which change flavour from year to year and are not altered to follow conventional fashions and tastes. We really like education and we dislike formalisms. We are open for lunch, aperitif and dinner. At lunch, the menu changes every week. At dinner, it changes according to the rhythm of the seasons. The wines always change, but they never change.

It is a lovely restaurant above the Galleria Emmanuel. Quiet but elegant. Our dinner was delicious. Everything is made to order and the presentation is spectacular. The wait staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely return.

Our dinner at Torre was excellent - the food and service staff where responsive and helpful and highly encourage the 7 course meal with the wine paring. The only downside was a bar right next to the restaurant with a packed bar scene....and a DJ that was pumping tunes till about 8:30pm and odd mix with the cool calm of the restaurant.
