For the first time in years of eating out, the evening was an occasion. The first course was very tasty but the main (pork chop with cabbage and potatoes) was truly excellent. What made the evening special, though, was the service. We arrived early for the booking, but as soon as I mentioned it, we were ushered to our table. We were offered a complimentary small glass of bubbles. Alasdair served us very courteously and Tobias made the evening special by sharing discussions about the wine with us, also by offering some tastings of new wines. After the meal we were offered a small glass of dessert wine. Add to this that the food was competitively priced with establishments which bring a plate of food to your table and leave it there without so much as a word, then this was a memorable evening. All the staff were welcoming and talkative without being intrusive. Thanks to all and well done! Keep it up.

An absolutely incredible experience! Bacchanalia is truly one of a kind - from the stunning interior and breathtaking atmosphere to the exceptional food and impeccable service, everything was simply outstanding. Every detail is carefully thought out, making the whole evening feel special and unforgettable. One of the most beautiful and unique restaurants I’ve ever visited. Definitely a must-visit in London! Highly recommended!
