Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Baveno

Amazing dining experience and perhaps our favorite Michelin star dining experience, and we’ve been to many, including 2- and 3-star restaurants. The service stood out right from the start; incredibly welcoming and non-pretentious yet very attentive. Because of a gluten allergy, we had to do a 3-course A La Cart selection. Everything was packed with flavor … some of the most delicious bites we’ve ever had … and the sommeliers’ wine pairings were fantastic. All in all, a perfect dining experience.

I had a truly lovely evening at Magellano Bar & Restaurant. The setting is modern and elegant, with a relaxed atmosphere and great attention to detail. I especially appreciated the open view of the kitchen, which allows you to see the passion and care that go into preparing each dish. The menu is very varied, and I particularly enjoyed the balance between tradition and creativity in the cuisine. Attentive and professional service makes it a place to keep in mind for a special evening.
