Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in The Renaissance

Absolutely incredible, as always! This has officially become a must-visit for us every time we’re in Vegas. The food and service are consistently outstanding, especially considering the price point. The quality and overall experience far exceed expectations, making it an exceptional value. We truly can’t recommend this place enough and already look forward to our next visit!

The food at Giada's is fabulous everything I've had there has been delicious their salads, the lemon spaghetti, the short rib over polenta pork chops, the appetizers, all magnificent. Our waitress Lauren was beyond wonderful place was packed last night as there's a convention in town. She was running all over but she maintained a smile and was pleasant and like I said wonderful.

Balla Italian Soul at SAHARA Las Vegas was excellent. The Sahara remains a Las Vegas classic. It’s a credit to the Sahara that it continues to deliver an excellent experience in an era increasingly cluttered by intrusive third-party apps and the misguided corporate obsession with social-media influencers—people whose ability to attract attention on an iPhone is too often mistaken for genuine knowledge, credibility, or influence. Balla Italian Soul was terrific, and the Sahara continues to get it right. OpenTable, on the other hand, is precisely the sort of digital nuisance that detracts from an otherwise excellent experience. Its unsolicited follow-up marketing and self-promotional app recommendations are unwelcome. Being routed through a platform for a reservation does not constitute an endorsement of that platform. My recommendation of the Sahara and Balla Italian Soul is unequivocal. My recommendation of OpenTable is not.

Food was fresh and made correctly. The gelato was more like ice cream, not gelato. We shared the Cioppino, delicious and the seafood was not overcooked. Server was great. Very solid restaurant, would go back. Server was great!
