- RRobertNew York City •16 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoI thought the pastas were a 12 out of 12. The other dishes were a 7.5. The decor was comfortable and casual which I loved. This place is consistently rated #1 or #2 every year so my review does not old much weight. We had a great time and the service was amazing.More infoRoberto's Restaurant$$$$• Italian• Belmont•4.7
- KKimTampa / Central Florida West •6 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Oct 2026We came to Frankie’s after a day at the NYC Botanical Gardens. Everything we had was delicious! The pizza was genuinely the best we have eaten in a long time and was the highlight of our meal. My husband loved his spicy vodka rigatoni and I loved the garlic bread. The shrimp scampi was good as well. The service was impeccable and the noise level was low when we came in around 5pm on a Saturday. Would definitely recommend and return.More infoFrankie's Restaurant Arthur Ave.$$$$• Italian• Belmont•4.8

- JJamesGoldMinneapolis - St. Paul •41 reviews4.0Dined on 27 Jun 2026The restaurant is a small local place with very good food and great service. It suffers from the NY syndrome of scaffolding outside currently, but that helped forestall the possibility of rain spoiling our outdoor seating. The waitstaff was attentive & accommodating. We enjoyed our food greatly and thought it well made & tasty. My seafood pasta was excellent. Recommended if in the area of Harlem. It is a bit noisy, but not so much as to detract from the overall experience. Now if it had only stocked the NA Peroni...More infoL' Artista$$$$• Italian• Harlem•4.5
