We spent a wonderful afternoon in Esquina Común, the food was outstanding specially the Tuna Tostada and the Shrimps. The service was profesional and friendly, the team helped us enjoy the different dishes and understand its origins and the complexity of flavors and taste. We had the opportunity to meet the Chef Ana Dolores who is like her food intense, fun and new ask for her when you visit It is small so difficult to get a table so make reservations in advance.

The grilled snapper was phenomenal. We ordered the colossal prawns, rigatoni pasta, and the grilled snapped. All were great including the cocktails. Service was good (thanks Ivan!) and the ambience was nice. Would dine here again.

We had wonderful dinner here. The service was very attentive and we thought the food was among the best we have eaten in CDMX. Highlights were the hibiscus flautas and the roasted cauliflower and the churros for dessert (which come with three magnificent dipping sauces) but everything we tried was really good. Highly recommended.

This was my second trip to Mexico City, and coming back to Propio was non-negotiable. It was one of my favorite spots the first time around, and somehow this visit was even better! The food is genuinely amazing, and the cocktails are top-tier. We put our entire evening in our server’s hands and took every single recommendation—and every dish and drink knocked it out of the park. The service is phenomenal; warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without feeling rushed. We loved it so much we’re already trying to squeeze in a lunch reservation before we head home. If you’re in CDMX, do not miss Propio!

Great experience. First time in Mexico City and it was everything we needed for a first night dinner. Staff was awesome. We ordered the steak, cacio e Pepe, and the tortellini special (spinach). Straight fuego.

The best dining experience we had during our time in CDMX, and that includes some of the Michelin starred places we went. The food was creative and made with intention. The service was one of the best, if not the best, we’ve ever experienced in not just Mexico but around the world. The attention to detail in all aspects of the restaurant was incredibly impressive. I almost don’t want to recommend this restaurant because I’m scared it will eventually get the recognition it deserves and it’ll be impossible for me to book a table for my revisit!
