Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Big Bear Lake

Another favorite in downtown Palm Springs! This restaurant probably has the most amazing ambiance on their gorgeous patio with the beautiful trees and views of the mountains. A very relaxing and romantic place for dinner. The bar is equally relaxing and has a warm ambiance. We especially like the live music every night here. Their menu board changes, but there are always plenty of French cuisine options, salads, seafood, and vegetarian dishes available. Their dessert menu and wine list are equally impressive. We especially enjoyed the crunchy scallops, which were the best that we have ever tasted anywhere! The escargot was equally delicious. Our entrees were both delicious and beautifully presented. The sauces were typically French, flavorful and rich. Dessert was also amazing. I would definitely recommend the Chocolate Soufflé. It was airy, rich, and perfectly prepared. The service here is impeccable and attentive. The owner stopped by twice to be sure that we were having a great experience, and we appreciated that. Prices are reasonable for such a beautiful downtown restaurant, also. We will definitely return here again and recommend it to everyone.

5 of us went for a leisurely birthday lunch. We each had something different and we each loved what we got. Waiter was so nice, table was in a good spot to just visit and we weren’t rushed at all. It was perfect. Can’t wait to go back to try the other dishes my friends had.

The ambience is out of the 40s era, magical.. The staff is superb. They greet you like regulars. You’re seated around the pool in nice balmy weather. Cocktails and dinner were great and the service is very attentive. What’s not to love about a place like this? Go and enjoy!

My friend and I were celebrating her birthday. I booked a Sunday evening reservation through OpenTable for the "Main Dining Room" which OT confirmed. However, upon arrival, we learned that the McKinley's Grille does not serve dinner in the Main Dining Room on Sundays. We were going to have to eat in the Lounge. Luckily, the staff was VERY accommodating and served us in the MDR where I needed a chair with arms. Special thanks go to Hannah, Cooper, and Dexter!
