As a person who does not eat seafood, I was very impressed with the team's flexibility and amazing customizations - I never felt like I was missing out on anything and had some of the best vegetarian food ever while my husband greatly enjoyed the seafood versions. We also did the non alcoholic drink pairings and the drinks were a highlight, with huge variety and excellent quality. It was also the best service I've ever received. The whole team, even those normally helping other tables, went above and beyond and were very friendly and professional.
