Outstanding in every way! I used to frequent Nicollet Island back in the 80's and 90's until I relocated. I was in town for a visit and decided to have dinner there. It was as excellent as ever! I was so happy to see they had maintained their exceptional performace! I wish they would bring back their delicious breakfasts, but I understand that the labor shortage has made it difficult.

We had the walleye and the pheasant. Both good. But the best dish may have been the Butternut squash AGNOLOTTI. Also a perfect wine selection to go with the meal.

The food was very tasty and the server was very warm and pleasant. It was a Monday evening (6pm) so we enjoyed a quieter time with less busy-ness.

Best Easter brunch we have ever had. The food selection was more than we expected and everything was delicious. Very impressive and the service was impeccable. My uncle says we are coming back for Mother's and Father's Day if Edinburgh has another brunch buffet those days. Yes, please!

Their team (Jeff the general Manager, Adam our server and everyone else) AND their food, are truly second to none. A special shout out to Jeff for getting us in with such short notice.
