Best French Restaurants in Greenbelt

Loveliest solo dining experience on a weeknight. The food is always superb. But what stood out on this visit was the exceptional service. Sergio took my wine order, but offered a sample & suggestion of something he thought I may like even more. I loved the edit and was grateful for the insightful suggestion. When I ordered dessert & a coffee, he again thoughtfully asked if I'd like to delay delivery a bit, to enjoy a more leisurely pace. Solo dining often feels rushed (no conversational partner), so slowing things down for a more luxe experience was so appreciated. Brilliant service! The only qualm: it can get a bit loud when the restaurant is full. But even then, it feels festive and you know they're doing a roaring business because they're THAT good.

Food was delicious and our server, Bikash, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We had a great evening.

Great visit. Food, service, and ambiance were excellent. I had the onion soup, lobster linguine, chocolate mousse, and a glass of chardonnay. Next time I might try a steak for dinner.

Bresca is a 10/10 experience to anyone who dines with them! They were so welcoming and celebrated me and my husband’s anniversary perfectly. Wonderful food, drinks, and staff:) definitely will return again!

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, accommodating, responsive. The steak was excellent. So were the fries. Everything was perfectly executed. The inside is noisy, and we were a big group that likes to talk, so we sat outside and it was perfect. If you love steak frites, this place is really hard to beat.
