- SSusanGoldSan Francisco Bay Area •46 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI called the restaurant to request a table for 4 in the front area of the restaurant for my sister’s birthday dinner. I was thrilled upon arrival to see that my sister and her guy were seated already exactly as I requested. My sister, who has dined at LaSen many times, LOVED our table, right at the window overlooking Main Street. Then the food! Delicious! Our group ordered beef tartare, duck pate, steamed mussels, Caesar salad, Persimmon salad, French onion soup and an entree of crab cakes. Everyone ate every morsel. Good service too. A completely lovely evening.More infoLa Sen Bistro$$$$• French• Walnut Creek•4.8

- CCathieGoldTahoe / Reno Area •49 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoLovely setting, lovely people, excellent food and service! We have NEVER had a bad meal or poor service here. Chef is innovative as well as awesome with classic dishes. Last evening we enjoyed the Gougeres (not to be missed). The salads are fresh and light. For our mains we had the Cote de Parc, a large chop with a very most delicious sauce, the steak Frites-always perfect, the scallops-perfectly cooked with a yummy Risotto and pear tart (go just for that!) Our go-to place for family, friends or just a couple's night out.More infoReve$$$$• French• Lafayette•4.8
- KKathleenSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Oct 2026We dined at Metro during a weekday business lunch. Our table near the fireplace was cozy and we were able to chat without noise interference. The restaurant had a medium sized crowd, and the tables were separated sufficiently for private conversation. The staff was patient and we were not rushed. I ordered the pork schnitzel with the sweet cabbage and potatoes. We also shared brussels sprouts. The food was delicious and the presentation appealing. I would definitely recommend Metro for business lunches. The menu would be suitable for a diverse group of palates.More infoMetro Lafayette$$$$• Contemporary American• Lafayette•4.7
