We had been to Proof before with other friends of ours and thought it was definitely worth a repeat visit, and Proof did not disappoint. In fact, I think our meals were better the second time. I had the breakfast sandwich which was delicious and enhanced by the chive cream cheese. My partner and our guest enjoyed bennies.
