Best Greek Restaurants in Oakley

This was my fourth visit to Elia. I had dinner at both the Pleasanton and Walnut Creek locations. The food, service, and ambiance was absolutely amazing. The experience reminded me of having dinner with friends in Greece on restaurant terraces overlooking the Aegean Sea. Equally important was our server who welcomed us with a genuine smile and warmth that made my dinner companion and I feel like VIP’s throughout our dinner experience. It’s Greek haute cuisine at it’s finest. By the end of our meals, I was practically ready to start dancing Zorba with my fellow diners. As they say in Greece, I sagapo this wonderful restaurant that goes above and beyond. Truly outstanding.

We have been to both the Walnut Creek and Pleasanton locations many times. The food is always delicious and the servers are friendly, patient and helpful. Elia never disappoints.

Everything was excellent. Server Darlene C was awesome. We had such a good experience we are coming back again this trip.

We enjoyed Lavanta Messe Bar & Restaurant’s brunch. We’ve enjoyed many dinners at the restaurant but this was our first time for brunch and the mushroom omelet and the lamb omelet were both delicious. The brunch menu also listed some specials that we plan to try in the future.
