A lunch worth savoring at Noor Fusion Kitchen in Berkeley! The Shami Kebab was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, while the Hara Bhara Kebab completely exceeded my expectations ,a delicious surprise! The Tawa Shrimp was a standout, unlike anything I’ve tasted at a restaurant before. So many more dishes I wish I’d captured, but we were far too busy enjoying every bite! 😋 A comforting plate of daal and rice brought the savory feast to a perfect close, followed by the most indulgent Pistachio Rose Tres Leches. A meal that truly delighted from the first bite to the very last!

Everest Kitchen was a great find for celebrating my friend’s 89th birthday. Comfortable and charming setting and lovely decor. The food was very good, vegetables very fresh and not overcooked. Sauces delicious and not too spicy. Rice and lentil soup came with our dinner entrees. We arrived early enough to order a few happy hour appetizers and enjoy some Prosecco. The servers were attentive, helpful and all very attractive. Turns out they’re all related. This is a family restaurant and they have good reason to be proud of it. I’m looking forward to returning for their lunchtime Thali special.

We had the pleasure of eating at Noor this past Saturday evening. The space is beautiful and has been completely reimagined from previous occupants, The menu is a very tempting array of Indian dishes. My wife and I enjoyed the butter chicken, tomato salad, cheese nan, a delicious shrimp curry dish, and an excellent potsticker like dish. All dishes were terrific. The service levels were outstanding. We had read about some start up service issues in prior reviews here, but we did not experience anything like this. The service was very friendly and the timing of bringing food for the different dishes was timely and perfectly done. Congratulations to this welcome addition to the area and we look forward to returning again soon.

What a feast! Juicy chilly momos, tandoori grilled chicken lunch platter, chicken korma thali , and a thick, sweet mango lassi to wash it all down. Paired with garlic naan, it was an incredible meal from start to finish. Can't wait to return!"
