We had an amazing New Year’s Eve at SKAJO. The atmosphere was elegant but still fun, making it perfect for celebrating the end of the year. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with great attention to detail and flavor in every dish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. As the evening went on, the party with the DJ really came alive. The music created a great vibe, everyone was in a festive mood, and the countdown to midnight in the rooftop with Freiburger Münster as our view with fireworks was exciting and well organized. It felt like a special experience from start to finish, and it was a wonderful way to welcome the New Year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable New Year’s Eve celebration.

Our restaurant in Haus Zauberflöte stands for honest and freshly cooked culinary classics of Baden and France, some of which we serve in a classic style, but also with new interpretations. Here you will find our fixed restaurant menu, which includes both year-round classics and seasonal dishes. The menu is adapted every season, four times a year. When it comes to wine, the focus is also clearly on Baden. We aim to keep our service casual yet competent, adapted to the occasion. After a long day of sightseeing we didn’t feel like walking around to find a restaurant. This one is located in the hotel lobby. We were seated and served quickly. Food was very good. The warm bread was a nice touch too.
