Best Italian Restaurants in H Street Corridor

Always a stellar time. Don’t sleep on the specials! We went for their amazing red sauce dishes but our favorites ended up being the squash ravioli and tricolore salad.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants to go to when visiting DC. The ambiance, the warmth and friendliness of the staff and of course the quality of the food is unparalleled. I predominantly eat vegetarian and this restaurant has so many options that go beyond the traditional pasta options at other places. We love the changing menu, the freshness and the portion sizes. A favorite is to do the samplers of salad, pasta and desserts. Everyone can find something they enjoy here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Filomena Ristorante was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere, service, and food made the entire experience feel special. The portions were very generous, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. We were visiting Washington, D.C. as a family, and Filomena was one of the highlights of our trip. It has such a unique, old-school Italian atmosphere and truly feels like an experience, not just dinner. Even with kids, we felt welcomed and had a wonderful evening. If you’re visiting Georgetown and looking for an amazing Italian dinner, I highly recommend Filomena. It is definitely worth the price, and we would absolutely return on another trip to D.C.!

RPM is quickly becoming one of our favorite restaurants in DC. Always excellent food and wine in a chic space filled with a well-dressed crowd. Great vibe in the evening but also perfect for a business lunch. The staff are friendly, professional and attentive. We will be back soon!
